5 out of 5 starsThere are 2 things that everyone loves: cats and lasers. So Caitlin went out and embroidered this masterpiece, all on her own, that’s full of both cats AND lasers. And I gotta tell you, it came out great, and I think it would be perfect for your home.

5 out of 5 starsCovid shipping sucks (not the seller’s fault at all package shipped promptly), but despite my shipping woes this wonderful shop owner was extremely accommodating and offered to make me a whole new one and reship at her expense with tracking when my package was seriously delayed (shipped from Canada to GA, USA). Regular snail mail took 2 months. Buy the tracking option! Of course, as soon as I reached out my package ended up arriving, but I was extremely happy with the customer service and willingness to send me a new one. I just love my new piece of art I will def be a return customer. Thank you Caitlin! ❤️

1 out of 5 starsOrdered Feb 28. Waited a bit as it had to be made first. April 4, still no item. I DMed seller & was told it wasn't shipped w/tracking. At this point it's been over a month since the item was shipped. I live in Edmonton, and the item was sent from Winnipeg. Due to covid there could be delays, but it's weird that it was taking so long since it's within Canada and it really should have only been 2-3 weeks max. Seller responded right away & apologized & said she will remake+reship w/tracking, at no charge. I thanked her. Then a month later, May 3, it still hasn't arrived. I DMed seller asking for tracking # as it was never sent to me. Waited for reply. I decided to open a case w/ Etsy support. Seller replied "Since you opened a case on me I’ll cancel this in full. I’m sure it’ll arrive soon". Neither shipment ever arrived.
