Received my tree stump stool the other day and couldn't be more pleased. From ordering through delivery, communications were great. They even emailed me a picture of my piece when they shipped. And, oh my, the packaging: it was so carefully wrapped, padded, boxed and coddled, that one could easily forget this was once a wild tree felled with a chainsaw. They were magically able to bring out the beauty and character in the wood; sanded and finished satin smooth. It's one of a kind. Love!

What do I like about this item? EVERYTHING, I love the two custom tree trunks. They are a natural shade, the perfect size (made to order) and unique! We are using them together as a coffee table in a small sunroom and they are extremely functional besides being beautiful. RealWood Works is so easy to work with, responsive to questions, provided ideas, great follow up and customer service. These are custom pieces so shipping was not a specific date, but they provided me a timeframe and kept me informed throughout the process and when the item shipped. This is the second custom piece we have done with them and I would highly recommend their product and company!
