There are literally hundreds of thousands of possibilities when you consider patterns, link sizes and color combinations (I generally stock 20-40 colors in each link size) ....so I haven't made—let alone photographed—all the possible variations! SHIPPING:
I drop orders at the Post Office 3-4 days a week. Your item may take a few days to prepare, and I will ship it the same or next business day (M-F) after it is complete.
Shipping may be delayed once your item enters the postal system; that is out of my control, but please message me with any questions or concerns.

Custom and personalized orders
I am currently accepted a limited number of custom orders. Please message me with your requests. After we agree on the details of the project, all commissioned items are to be paid upfront through a custom listing link on Etsy. Once I've completed your project (and/or at various stages during construction, depending upon complexity), I'll send you a digital photo for your approval before shipping the final product to you.
Wholesale availability

Returns and Exchanges
The following terms and conditions apply to returns & exchanges:
EARRINGS - Subject to a $5+ restocking fee to account for removing and replacing the earwire. (Basic restock fee is $5; it is higher if you've upgraded the earwire)
PENDANTS, BRACELETS, NECKLACES, SCARVES - Can ONLY be returned/exchanged if the RMJ label has not been removed and the piece is in new condition. I do not accept returns that have been worn or that carry any scent (perfume, cigarette, etc).
Refunds and exchanges for non-defective merchandise is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Please see below for how to return your item.
How to Return An Item
I can only provide refunds and exchanges for items that I receive back in the Rebeca Mojica Jewelry studio.
To return items for a refund/credit or exchange, please message first. Depending on the reason for the return, buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Carefully package the items and send to:

Enclose your order number or a copy of your receipt. You can feel free to list the items to be returned/exchanged, or we can use Etsy convo history to determine which items are being returned/exchanged.
