All the work featured in my shop is created by me, the artist. I am always making new work, so please convo me if you are seeking something specific.

Please let me know if you are purchasing an item as a gift and I will include a personalized card for the recipient.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
My preferred method of payment is Paypal. I will also accept a money order or cashier's check. Payment through Paypal is expected within 3 Business days. Please notify me at checkout if you are planning on sending a check or money order.
Items will be shipped after payment has cleared.
Shipping
Most domestic orders will be shipped via UPS, usually within 1-2 Business days of purchase. You will be notified upon purchase of the exact shipping date, and will be notified again with more details when the item(s) ship. I often reuse shipping materials in an effort to be more environmentally friendly and if the package is a gift, it can be gift-wrapped.

Ceramics do not ship internationally- my regrets!
Refunds and Exchanges
If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will gladly exchange it for a replacement for a similar item of equal value. (I ship ceramics regularly, carefully packed and usually double boxed, so this is rarely a concern.) I am also happy to exchange an item if it is not what you really want. It is my absolute priority that you, the customer, enjoy my work and be pleased with your purchase!
