The satin glaze on this mug feels so silky, the lip is thin and lovely to drink from, and the handle is nicely balanced. Then, there is this rich, beautiful blue with the button design to delight. I've never seen a mug quite like this, and am tempted to order another!

I bought 8 bowls in four colors and they are gorgeous! They arrived quickly and packed very securely. I will definitely be back for more pieces.

About

Whimsical, colorful functional ware to bring a little magic to your day.

Simple, elegant and fun

I create functional stoneware pottery, decorative carved wall tiles and figurative sculpture fired to cone 6 oxidation.

My pottery is intended to be used everyday with quiet grace.

I received a BA in Art and spent four years in the ceramics apprenticeship program at Berea College. After graduation, I spent several years in Lexington, Kentucky and then Baltimore, Maryland, where I spent my time teaching and working on my craft.

My current studio is in Bloomington, Indiana, where I create whimsical handmade pottery and sculpture displayed at art shows and festivals throughout the year.
