In 2007, I started a blog. I wasn't very good at blogging, but I kept it up. And over time, I began teaching myself to design it. I very quickly realized that the reason I was blogging wasn't because I enjoyed blogging, but because I enjoyed designing it. I'd always been pretty creative, so it shouldn't have been a surprise that I loved trying out new font and color combinations.

Over the next several years, I kept designing and redesigning my blog (my followers probably hated me). And as I did, I started to discover that my dream job was to be a graphic designer, running my own business. For quite some time, though, I had too many fears to face before I could start my business. However, the day finally came when I decided to just take the plunge and start up my shop.

I originally offered custom blog design and business branding packages. And while I loved working with clients and offering those services, I began to realize a need to shift my focus. I now only offer premade logos and printables; this way I can focus on creating new, quality items for my shop instead of concentrating entirely on custom projects.
