CRAFTSMANSHIP: I have a very strong belief in craftsmanship, especially mine. All of my pieces are hand fabricated out of sterling silver, with the addition sometimes of gold karat alloys, copper, brass, nickel silver, and other traditional and durable metal alloys. My pieces are built not just with design in mind, but also long term wear. I want you to know that you can wear my jewelry for many years to come and can be passed on in the future to family and friends. I welcome you to the idea of the modern heirloom.
APRONS/BAGS/YARN: Because I have made every effort to provide clear photographs and measurements I will not provide refunds or exchanges of these items. If you have questions or specific concerns please contact me before purchasing.
JEWELRY: I understand that although photographs and measurements have been provided, the most important aspect of jewelry is how it feels on the body. If an item does not meet your expectations please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item. Jewelry returns are still done on a case-by-case basis, but I happy to exchange or refund your purchase for store credit minus any shipping costs. Items must be returned/shipped within seven days of your original receipt of the item. The item must be in its original condition and shipped back to me at your cost in the same packaging (i.e. gift box and protective mailer/box).
CUSTOM & MADE-TO ORDERS: I do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please fully read "Alchemy & custom orders" below in Additional information.

I accept payment through Paypal and money orders only. Please make your paypal payment within 48 hours of purchase or mail your money order promptly so it is received within 10 days of purchase. If your payment is not received within these time frames, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and I will notify you first in this case. Once full verified payment is received items will be shipped within 48 hours. Made-to-order items and custom orders will be constructed once payment is received and will ship after disclosed lead-time.

My preferred shipping method is USPS Priority mail SMALL flat rate box with both tracking (delivery confirmation) and insurance. The package dimensions are 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8", which easily fits in regular mailboxes. Generally, I am a firm believer in "better safe than sorry" when it comes to shipping.

***Please note: Signature is required for all items insured for $200.00 or more. You can waive the signature requirement BUT YOU NEED TO LET ME KNOW!

Mexico/Canada/Everywhere else:
My preferred shipping method is USPS Priority mail SMALL flat rate box. To insure and "track", it must also be sent Registered mail, which is based on value:

$.01 to $100.00 value--- $11.50 add'l cost
$100.00 to $500.00 value---$13.10 add'l cost
$500.01 to $1000.00 value---$14.45 add'l cost
--note: the amounts are based on the value of any and all contents in ONE flat-rate box, irregardless of size.

Please convo me if you would like to have your purchase insured. If you contact me before you check-out, I will add it to the listed shipping cost. If you contact me after check-out, either via convo or in "instructions to merchant", I will send you a separate paypal money request for the amount.

Also, for MULTIPLE PURCHASES TO BE SHIPPED TOGETHER, the SMALL flat rate box holds 2 jewelry boxes (each jewelry box is 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 1") for the one shipping charge. Only the cost of registered mail coverage will go up because of the increased value. The next flat rate box is MEDIUM flat rate box, with 11" x 8-1/2" x 5-1/2" dimensions.
The shipping cost will change from/to:
Mexico: $10.00 to $20.00
Canada: $10.00 to $20.00
Everywhere else: $38.00

PACKAGING:
All jewelry packaged in a cool, black jewelry box with a small note listing the materials used in each individual piece. In addition, a small silver polishing cloth is included for you to maintain the polish/remove tarnish as needed during the years to come.

SHORTEN/LENGTHEN NECKLACES: I am happy to adjust the length of any sterling silver chain at no additional cost. Because this requires me to solder the changed/new components, orders will ship out within 2 weeks instead of 48 hours. But, I usually I am able to finish adjustments pretty quickly, and only need 2 weeks if I need to order additional supplies to make your requested adjustment. Please convo me at the time of purchase with your requested new measurements.
***PLEASE NOTE: With bar and link chains I will only shorten or lengthen the chain by FULL links, either 1/2" or 1/4" and on both sides of the chain. I will be happy to explain more fully if needed at time of purchase via convo.
PEARL/BEAD NECKLACES: I change the length of these necklaces. First, only if I have the additional matching pearls/beads in stock AND with an additional $25.00 re-stringing charge since they have to be fully re-strung to adjust their length.
