ReclaimedOregon specializes in upcycling reclaimed wood and other materials to create rustic and unique products. You will not find cookie cutter mass produced items here, everything is made to order, making every item a custom listing and making each item a one of a kind.

SHIPPING DATES:
If your shipping date falls on a Federal or National Holiday, your item will be shipped out on the next Business Day.

PACKAGE SIZE:
Please be advised that the package you will be receiving may not fit in your mailbox so it may be delivered to your porch. Once we take the package to the post office we are not responsible for your package.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
We are happy to accommodate you with your custom orders so that everything is made to fit your needs. Once your Custom Order is received, we immediately start the work of customizing your order, if there are any changes after work has commenced there will be "change order" fees applied. Send us a conversation with any changes and we will let you know if there will be any additional charges, and then we will create another "custom order" ticket for payment on the changes.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations on custom orders, if there is an error in spelling we will get that corrected for you. If there is shipping damage, we will work with you and the Post Office to get you taken care of.

CARE OF YOUR WOOD PRODUCTS: (NOTE: the only way we can ship our wood products is stacked in boxes until they reach you, that is why we say to unpack immediately upon receipt)
If you have ordered wood slices of any kind, when your package of wood arrives, please remove them immediately from all packaging and place in a single layer on cooking racks or something similar for good air flow in a well-ventilated area for safe keeping.

We recommend the following:
• Don’t stack the wood on top of each other
• Don’t put it in direct sun light
• Don’t put in front of a fan or other air source
• Don’t leave in a dark damp area.

Fresh cut wood dries from the center out, so as this occurs there will be some shrinkage and the bark can become unattached, and eventually fall off. This is a natural occurrence but can be minimized with slow drying. If this does occur, the bark can be reattached with wood glue or hot glue in most circumstances.

Our "Natural" wood slices are just that natural, they will have different colors, dark and light spots, different hues, different thickness of bark, bark may or may not be attached, each piece is truly unique, we do not put any pesticides, sealers or any other type of materials on them. Mildew and pests can be attracted to the natural wood pieces. If you have chosen the natural wood finish this can be more likely.

To help preserve your wood pieces and lessen the likelihood of mildew / pests you can use a clear spray sealant, polyurethane or a sealant of your choice. To stay more natural tea tree oil or vinegar (vinegar may slightly change the color so try a test spot on one side) can help stop mildew / pests.

Mold / mildew is a natural occurrence in all natural wood products, if this does happen it can easily be removed with a light sanding and finishing with one of the above treatments.

Upon receipt of your wood products, the care and maintenance of the products is your responsibility.

This box arrived very quickly and is beautifully crafted. You may need to get a smaller wine bottle than standard but we had no trouble finding one. It was a beautiful addition to our ceremony. Thank you!

Bringing new life to discarded treasures!

Our story begins out of inspiration and necessity. In 2013 I made the bold decision to join the US Navy as a 29 year old wife and mother of 2 girls. This was it, this is what I was going to do for the rest of my working life. It seems life had a different idea as it often does. A short time into my journey with the Navy I was diagnosed with cervical cancer and made the very difficult decision to be medically discharged, come home and start my road to recovery. A while later I have surgery, some treatments and a clean bill of health. Now what? I am 30 years old and did not really have a backup plan. I find myself truly inspired by my younger sister who a year earlier had started her own Etsy store and was / is seeing amazing success.
Now having a vision and a big one I knew I would not be able to create it by myself. I needed a partner, my mom. I pitch the idea to her. With my mom by my side and the undying support from our husbands, children and family we are all in. My whole life mom was always redecorating the house and every event, birthday party and holiday were always decorated flawlessly. This being an inherited trait (thanks mom) it made perfect sense to incorporate this with the rustic beauty we are surrounded with here in the Northwest. We wanted to share this with the rest of the world.

Starting with one small miter saw and now growing to having the shop on my mom’s property full of them and they are in constant use. It is time to think about more help. My much younger brother is now a part of the operation helping with staining, painting and packing no power tools yet sorry little bro. At this point it is time to take a leap of faith and bring in more reinforcements, my husband. With a background in graphic design and photography we are putting him to work. Making the very big decision to quit his full time job and continue to grow this wonderful business.

This is a family run shop in its entirety. We are committed to bringing you quality hand made products and providing each and every customer with amazing service. We want to make you feel like part of the family. Thank you all for the support and helping us achieve our vision. We also run a 2nd Etsy shop named Trendsations specializing in hard to find yarns and vintage finds.

Missing Personalization Information

We try very hard to see that your custom order comes to you the way you want it, we make your item exactly like you leave in your order notes. If you want something capitalized (some fonts are not legible in all caps) or a numerical date instead of written out, please leave that information in your order notes at checkout.

If you don't leave anything in your order notes it will be made like the first picture in the listing, color and saying, unless it is a personlaized item then we will leave it blank.

If you forget to leave your personalization in your order notes send us a conversation immediately so we can add the note to your order.

Custom and personalized orders

All of our items are made to order, once you select any available option it becomes a custom order. We do do not except returns or replacements (unless there is shipping damage or a misspelled words)
on custom orders, so please be sure and choose the options you want.

Once your Order is Placed

Once your order is placed you will receive an email with your invoice and ship date clearly stated on the top of your invoice. This will be whatever our current processing time is, which only counts business days, Monday through Friday, so if we are at 5 days production time and you order on a Thursday, your item will be shipped on the next Thursday, this does not include the shipping time.

We know that you are busy planning for that special occasion, and that sometimes you want your item right away, we understand, but you must send us a conversation or add the Rush Order Upgrade to your order to move your item up in the processing line. A note on your order will not work, we don't see those until we are in processing your item.
