Reclaimed Treasures Company features handmade upcycled products. We repurpose used components into unique one-of-a-kind items. The Shop opened 2016 with Hockey Stick Occasional Tables and Picture Frames. A few months later more hockey stick products were added (BBQ Grilling Tools, Pizza Cutters, Bottle Openers, Cork Boards & more). Later that year we introduced re-purposed snow ski products: some unique colorful Ski Tables and Picture Frames. Nothing like 'em outside of our shop. It was just the beginning!

About ReclaimedTreasuresCo
Retired, but not Really.......
A few years back after stashing away another of my son’s broken hockey sticks from his youth hockey days, I began playing around with turning the sticks into some type of collectible piece since we had more than a few dollars invested in them (you hockey parents know what I mean). I came up with the idea of a small end table that eventually morphed into a couple designs. I made a few and gave them as gifts. They went over great....and the seed was planted to do more creative things.
Fast forward a few years later. After a great 35+ year run as a packaging engineer (at one company my whole career) I had the good fortune to be able to move on to the next phase of my life; to help my wife grow her custom window treatment & interior design business AND begin going after my ideas around the many hockey sticks and other unique items collected over the years. So the idea of ReclaimedTreasuresCo was born. With help from my daughter, a designer and an Etsy shop owner herself, the shop was set up.
The Etsy Shop is my vehicle inspiring me to create unique items; to turn used components into new one-of-a-kind pieces. I now look at objects differently, mulling over what they could become. The hockey stick tables were the start; who knows where it will end up. This journey continues. Stay tuned; there are many more items I'll be re-purposing and sharing on Etsy.
