Once upon a time....

There is nothing I enjoy more than getting in my car early on weekend mornings armed with a big mug of coffee and list in hand....of all the estate sales, garage sales and flea markets in the area. And digging through boxes and bins searching for buried treasure.

Broken, battered bits and pieces, all with an unknown story and occasionally a gem of a find! Beads and baubles just waiting to be used for a special piece of jewelry or added to a yet unfinished project.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
NOTE: I really want you to be happy with your purchase. I will accept returns within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase. You must contact me prior to returning an item! Please contact/convo me if you have a concern, and I will gladly refund the purchase price minus the shipping cost when I receive the item back.
Payment
PLEASE READ:

Postage prices keep rising and rising. This may result in additional charges to my customers. I have always refunded over charges and absorbed undercharges, but I will not be able to with the new increases. If you purchase an item that requires additional postage I will contact you to verify the purchase and have to bill you the difference. You may inquire previous to purchase so I can confirm or edit the postage too. I will continue to refund overcharges. Thanks so much for your understanding!

At the current time I accept Paypal and gift cards and charge cards. You can also use the direct checkout option. Please pay at time of purchase.
Shipping
I strive to ship within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Please note that in cases of inclement weather shipping may be delayed a day or so.

Vintage items are always described to the best of my ability, but they are vintage and well loved and sometimes worn. I do my best to point out all flaws. I am sometimes not sure where they originally came from or where they were stored. I do clean items that I can without damage to the finishes. In the case of silver or precious metals, I will leave that up to you unless otherwise stated!

In the event of receiving a damaged in transit item:
Please retain the box and ALL package materials. I can assist you in obtaining a refund from USPS. Without all the packaging and info they will not reimburse you.
