Very pretty necklace that is made very well and has beautiful design. Great seller that I would recommend and purchase from again.

RE vs. UP
Recycling is breaking down a product, such as paper, and remaking it into more paper. Upcycling is taking something destined for the trash bin and transforming it into something of new beauty and usefulness.

*I do take checks as well as accept paypal payments, please be advised that I will wait for the payment to go through paypal before shipping the product.
*Payment is due within three days of purchasing the item. If payment is not made within one week, the sale will be canceled and the item relisted. If you cannot make the payment in that time, please convo me and I will do my best to work with you.
Cancellations are accepted as long as I have not shipped the item. If item has been shipped and you feel the need to cancel the order I will await a weeks time for you to ship the unopened package back to me before I feel the need to address the issue. If there is a cancellation prior to shipment/I get unopened package returned the order will be cancelled and the purchase will be refunded in full. Cancellations made on a custom order where there has been an agreement on the work to be done and materials have been purchased will be assessed a fee to cover materials purchased and time spent.

*When at all possible, I try to ship the very day the payment clears, but it will be no longer than two business days. Please note that personal checks will need to clear our bank before I ship.
* I have recently revised our policy on shipping. For items valued at over $50 insurance will be factored into the cost of shipping for your protection and my own. The cost of insurance is an additional $2.15 for items valued at $50 - $100 or $2.60 for items valued at $100 - $200. This will protect both you and I in the event of a lost or damaged package.
Please note: It still doesn't protect if your package is stolen, so please ensure it is delivered to a safe place.
If you are purchasing items that add up to over $50, insurance will be added to your final cost in the amounts above.
If you are purchasing items that do NOT add up to $50 or more, insurance will be at your discretion. Please note: if you choose to not add insurance, I cannot be held liable for damages or loss caused by the USPS. Please purchase insurance!
**IF YOU DO NOT WANT INSURANCE** Please notify me and I will decrease your price by the resulting amount, however you acknowledge the fact that I withdraw all responsibility for the package once it has left my home. Thank you for understanding and I heartily advise keeping the insurance... it's not that much more!!!!
*You are welcome to upgrade the package to Express Mail or One Day delivery through the USPS at the additional cost.
* I do ship internationally but each country is different. To find out your shipping cost you must convo us with your address before you pay for the item.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to return an item for reasons other than it is defective, we ask that we be notified within SEVEN DAYS. Please take these steps to return an item:
*Contact me within seven days with the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
*Ship is back to me in the same condition as it was received -- no removed tags, new, clean, unused, etc. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping!!!
*Once I get it back and ensure everything is ok, I will immediately process your refund MINUS the original shipping costs.
This means you will only be responsible for the shipping costs, we do not charge return fees.
*If the item is DEFECTIVE, I will pay for you to ship it back to us and we will ship a new one out to you, free of charge. I am also willing to refund the ENTIRE purchase price, including original shipping.

Please keep in mind that my coffee bean jewelry products are made to my best abilities to last but do not enjoy showers or swimming. They are water resistant, but not water proof and are finished for durability and shine.
Please keep in mind that the vintage items are by that term used and or just plain old and for that reason wear and tear are part of the game, most likely your jewelry will arrive in the same condition in which it was found. Imagine being on a scavenger hunt being sent to "hunt" in boxes of abandoned chaos to flea markets to extravagant estate sales. I rarely clean these treasures because....well, because i don't have time! and believe it or not, most purists and seasoned collectors of vintage jewelry prefer to clean the jewelry themselves to insure that it is done correctly. improper cleaning of your jewelry can ruin it. harsh chemicals, prolonged exposure to moisture and abrasive materials (including toothbrushes) are the enemy.
KEEP THESE TIPS in mind...
*1* cotton swabs, a soft make up brush, wooden toothpicks, and a micro-fiber towel will do the trick most of the time
*2* never soak your jewelry in any solution - even water. use a moist cotton swab or micro-fiber towel to gently wipe away dirt, dust and cooties :-)
*3* a wooden toothpick can be used to gently pick out encrusted areas and a makeup brush can be used to brush the surface clean
*4* the natural effects of aging (patinas) to metal finishes such as copper, sterling silver and even nickel are often what attracts buyers to vintage jewelry. if you choose to "clean up" the metal be very, very careful - especially if the jewelry also contains pearls or rhinestones.
*5* for more serious clean ups consult your nearest internet search engine. there are lots of good resources on the web.
