I spent a number of years working in customer service prior to opening my Etsy shop. In my time both as a rep and as a customer myself, I've developed a set of expectations for how a customer should be treated. RE vs. UP
Recycling is breaking down a product, such as paper, and remaking it into more paper. Upcycling is taking something destined for the trash bin and transforming it into something of new beauty and usefulness.

If you have any questions about my materials or would like more photographs sent to you please convo me and we can talk. I am a lucky lucky person and I get a lot of free time at work where I can spend time talking on line, and enjoy it!
