Shop policies
I make felt using wetfelting technique where soap and water help wool fibres to tangle irreversibly and make a strong yet often very delicate objects.
First, the fibre is laid in several layers. Then it is wetted with warm soapy water and gently rubbed and rolled until a firm cloth is made.
I dye fibres, both with natural and acid** dyes. Because natural dyes are more expensive and the process is much more energy consuming, the items dyed naturally are more expensive than those dyed with synthetic (harmless) dyes.
** vinegar=acid is added to help the dye bond with the fibre
Due to the nature of the processes and techniques I use in my work most of the times I can not reproduce sold or listed items exactly.

Letters and parcels within UK will be send by Roayl Mail 2nd class within 48 hours of purchase. Items bought on Friday might be sent on Saturday or following Monday.
I am sorry to say this, but I reserve the right not to post to addresses which were problematic in the past (my parcels to the address got damaged or lost).
