Hi everyone, and welcome to my little Etsy store.

All of my supplies are created using the best organic ingredients that I can source, and all are ritually prepared.

I hope that you enjoy browsing through my store, and please feel free to start a conversation with me if you have any questions.

If your order doesn't arrive, please message me so that I can help you; please don't open a case because Etsy can shut down businesses if they receive a case, even if it is resolved.

Returns and exchange details
EARRINGS AND FAKE PIERCINGS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU HAVE WORN THEM OR NOT. THIS IS FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES AND IN LINE WITH UK SELLING REGULATIONS.

In the event of your item arrived damaged due to shipping, please send me photos immediately so that we can begin a compensation claim against Royal Mail. a refund will be given but I need to have photos as proof.

If your item does not arrive at all then please contact me so that we can arrange a compensation claim with Royal Mail so that you can receive a refund.

If your item differs considerably from the photograph and description - eg., I have sent you a scarf instead of a skull! - convo me to arrange re-posting and return. I shall reimburse you for re-posting (please send it Signed For or Tracked) and shall refund you your initial postal charge for returning .

If your item develops a fault due a manufacturing issue then please contact me to discuss returning it for a refund or replacement - I shall reimburse you for return postage (please send Signed For or Tracked).

Personalised and custom orders (items made to a customer's specifications) cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed, and no refund will be given if you decide that you do not want it after receiving it. If you are happy with the photo of the finished product, then unless it is faulty upon receipt I shall not accept a return nor give a refund. This is in line with UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Please don't sit at home fuming or pondering about whether to ask for a refund...so long as your problem is genuine, then I shall help wherever possible :)

Returns - EU customers...you have 14 days from order arrival to request a return, and it needs to be returned within 14 days of requesting it. A full refund will be given in line with current EU selling regulations.

Returns - Non-EU customers...you have 7 days from order arrival to request a return, and it needs to be returned within 28 days of requesting it. A refund minus initial outbound shipping costs will be given in line with current EU selling regulations.

Shipping
The current pandemic has dramatically slowed domestic and international deliveries, so I please ask for your patience...I am not Amazon and I cannot offer next day delivery or even the same week regardless of which country you are in.

I ship almost daily Monday to Friday and within 3-5 business days (Saturdays are NOT included as business days in the UK).

If you want an item to be shipped the same day, or to arrive by a specific date then contact me PRIOR to purchasing because I may not be able to accommodate your request - leaving a note after purchase is DEFINITELY not enough!

If you want to have your item delivered to an address different from that on your invoice, then contact me via Etsy NOT by email.
It is your responsibility to ensure your postal address is correct; any returned items will be either refunded minus shipping or will be resent to the correct address at your cost.

UK - Items are sent 2nd class. The Signed For postage option is available at checkout (the price is shown clearly) and I shall include your tracking number when updating your shipping confirmation - if you want a tracking number PLEASE choose Signed For.
I also offer Next day Before 1pm delivery - this does not mean that I will post it the same day as receipt of order, but that your order will arrive the day after I've shipped it...my 3-5 business days still apply.

USA - All items are sent via standard Airmail, which DOES NOT include a tracking number because Royal Mail do not include this service with their standard shipping option. If you want a tracking number then you need to select the slightly more expensive TRACKED service option at checkout (charges are clearly given), and I will update your shipping information with your tracking number once your parcel is shipped.
Again, Royal Mail do not include a TRACKING number with their standard Airmail shipping - it is YOUR choice, or not, to pay extra for their TRACKING service.
PLEASE NOTE: Etsy may include what looks like a tracking number to your order (it will start with the letters 'UB') but this is NOT a real tracking number...it is used by my courier for their internal system, and foe some reason Etsy grab it and place it on orders...you will only receive a valid tracking number if you have upgraded at checkout.

EUROPE - All items are sent TRACKED delivery, and your shipping prices already reflect this shipping option so you do not need to ask for it to be added to your order.

Royal Mail advises that Airmail items will take approx 7-10 working days from posting to arrive at destination countries, but it may be slightly longer during holiday periods.
PLEASE keep in mind that although it may take the stated amount of days to get to your country, your parcel may be held in customs for some time and this is not my responsibility; once customs clear your package it is then handed to your postal service for delivery.

Any CUSTOMS costs are YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY and I will not be held responsible for you incurring costs.

CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY SHIPPING - the last recommended shipping dates will be posted at the top of my shop announcement.
If your order is due to be shipped ONE day after your country's final shipping date then I shall endeavour to ship it on the last recommended shipping date but I cannot guarantee this due to increased custom during the season.
If you need your item shipping sooner then please contact me prior to purchasing otherwise I can't guarantee that I can accommodate you.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items come as described - kits will NOT contain tools unless clearly stated and I will always list any additional items that are required.

Gift wrapping or gift notes are NOT included, but your item will arrive wrapped in tissue paper.
By ticking 'GIFT' at checkout you are asking that an invoice is not included with your order...it does not mean that your item will be gift wrapped or have a gift note to the recipient because I do not offer this service.

Earrings - ALL earwires are lead and nickel free; if the earwires are hypoallergenic then this will be stated in the listing. If I do not state that they are (such as my antique copper and bronze) then they will NOT be suitable for sensitive ears. I will NOT be held responsible for poorly ears because you chanced wearing a pair of them.

Earrings will be cleaned with alcohol anti-bac prior to shipping - please ensure that you also clean them prior to wearing to kill off any lurking bugs, as any infections arising from wearing my items will not be my responsibility.
