Announcement    Hi ! Welcome to Red Crow Arts - Specializing in Handmade Recycled Art Creations.

I love creating unique one of a kind handmade art - each piece is made one at a time! Red Crow Arts evolved from pottery and mosaics to reclaimed wood art after downsizing studio and moving from the east coast to the Oregon. I originally just started doing the reclaimed pallet art for my own home decor when I couldn't find exactly what I wanted when searching for wine decor. I fell in love with working with the pallet boards and old lumber. Thus a new Red Crow was born! I have so many ideas and so little time.

I am currently working only with recycled salvaged wood, I enjoy the imperfections and try to keep them and keep the wood as rustic as possible. Many of my pieces will be very rustic. Often I will leave the backside sanded and unfinished. I especially like knots and nail holes in the wood. I am not mass producing my art from a factory nor do I have a staff, other than my dog supervising me daily! I enjoy cutting and sanding the wood. I don't piece things together to achieve perfection - just character, hoping you will enjoy the same style I bring to my reclaimed sign art.

I will ship your piece out typically within a day of the order coming in. You will always receive the piece in the listing. No stock photos in my shop, what you are viewing is the actual piece. You may request special orders based on listing you've seen, such as a different color theme on the wood or words. Just message me for info.

Thanks for shopping handmade. I have enjoyed being on Etsy for 12 years now and appreciate each and every order from both of my shops.

About RedCrowArts

Sales 4,597
On Etsy since 2007

Red Crow evolves....

When I started Red Crow Arts in 2002 I was a potter and mosaic maker. In 2017 I sold all of my supplies in dreams of becoming a long distance full time backpacking hiking fool! I moved to the Pacific Northwest and as the story goes....I fell in love and stayed in Oregon. I am now a homeowner doing home remodeling and decided to continue my art career using salvaged wood to create fun signs that will inspire, make you laugh, or for gift giving. We are having a blast cutting wood and finding fun ways to create signs, tables, trays, garden planters, and fun home decor. As it was with pottery I love mixing colors to create one of a kind colors and blends.

Red Crow Arts is located in a home studio in Oakridge, OR. I am a self taught artist and enjoy each and every day that I get to create. Whether it is in my inside studio, wood shop, working in the yard, or cooking a fun recipe.

My passion for art has taken over full time. I enjoy using a variety of salvaged wood for each piece and when possible I make sure those really cool knots and holes are incorporated into the art. Each piece an original, one of a kind - even if it has a popular saying, there will never be another just like the one you get.

Red Crow Arts is not responsible for orders that have been delivered by the post office and have been stolen or damaged by weather. Shipping
I pride myself on as soon as possible shipping on all orders. I know what it is like to order something and want it quickly. There are occasions when extra packing of a piece might take another day or an unusual situation may occur. I'll let you know.

Large Art pieces will be shipped either USPS or Fed Ex depending on fees and delivery availability - IF the fees from the shipping companies is increased over 10% of what I charge you I will notify you of a balance due

All orders will have a tracking thru the USPS. Your email connected to your Etsy account will be the email that is notified of the shipping and tracking information - you may also go into your purchases at anytime to check the status of shipping

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING COST will vary with based on the wood piece and your location. I have used the Etsy calculator to be fair to you on the shipping fees. It is based on the weight of the item and the final package dimensions. So there should never be an over or under charging going on here.

Shipping of art internationally often cost more than the art piece itself. If you would like an item shipped internationally please let me know the location and I can quote you. I take the quote directly from the postal site and will copy the information back to you. The best shipping will always include a way to track it so you and I can track the order

If you are interested in an item and need it shipped immediately please make note and I will make it happen. Need it over nighted - that too can happen - I can bill you for the difference after check out.
Additional policies and FAQs
I am not accepting wholesale orders at this time. I pride myself in my art and keeping it one of a kind and at the same time keeping it affordable for everyone. If you are a retailer, I promise you, you are getting a great deal on any of my pieces at listed prices that you will be able to mark it up enough for your needed profit

I reserve the right to cancel any order I see fit should I feel it is fraudulent or I am not comfortable with the transaction or the item is not paid for within 24 hours or an agreed date.

Custom orders will be invoiced once the order is finalized. A shipping fee is estimated during a custom order bid and if it is $2 more than projected you will receive a final shipping fee invoice before shipping
International shoppers: Customs fees, taxes, and duties on International orders are the responsibility of the buyer

Thanks for stopping by my shop, please understand the policies here are for your benefit as well as mine - Judy
