If you would like to return your crayons, please send us a message within 48 hours of getting them and we will refund you minus the cost of shipping. All orders being shipping to a USA address will have insurance on them.
There is no refunds on custom orders.
All orders returned that are over $20.00 will have a restocking fee.
Once an order is placed you will have 5 hours to cancel the order. If you cancel the order after 5 hours there will be a restocking fee because all orders are made to order.

For payment we take Paypal, Direct Checkout and Gift Cards.

Shipping for items will be handled in the following manner:

Please make sure the shipping address on your paypal or direct checkout account is the one you want the order sent to. I only ship to that address and will not refund if the address is wrong.

I print all my shipping labels though Etsy. All orders being shipping in the USA will have a tracking number that you can see though your Etsy order with me. All orders being shipping to a USA address will have insurance on them.

Shipping is offered by default only to residents of the United States and some order to Canada. If you live outside the US and would like to place an order please contact us and we will determine the shipping cost for you and get the order set up so can buy it.

A listed order of crayons will be shipped within 5 days of payment and shipping should take 2 to 5 days with USPS. Custom orders under 100 crayons will take about 6 days to make. Before buying a custom order I will let you know how long it will take to make your order for sure. If you need them sooner please let me know before you buy them and I will let you know if we can ship them sooner.
If you would like the crayons shipped in a rush there will be a rush charge depending on how big the order is. If you want a rush on your order let me know and I will let you know how much the rush charge will be and if we can do it.
Tutu bag and ruffle bag orders will ship in 7 to 10 days or sooner.
I have several orders set up for shipping to Canada. All listed orders going to Canada will be shipped first class with USPS. The USPS says that shipping should be 6 to 10 days but it can take longer. There is no guarantee with how long shipping will take. After you pay for the order it will take me 5 days or to make and then I will ship it.

All of the crayons are non-toxic.
We do not make the washable crayons.
For crayons we can make any kind of custom order with shapes we have in the shop.
