Hi! Sarrah here. Welcome to our shop!

Really, I can't say when it all started - I've been an artist and a crafter since the first time I held a pencil. My mother, a ceramist, had me painting bisque pieces long before I ever went to kindergarten. I've been drawing for as long as I can remember, and dragons were among the first things I loved to draw!

Red Nebula Studios is the small business my husband started in 2009 and operate together, featuring all manner of my fantasy artwork. I love all kinds of art, so we went from selling just a few prints and bookmarks, to adding pinback buttons, charms, vinyl decals, and all manner of one-of-a-kind handmade items to the mix.

As small business owners, we feel it is very important that every transaction be handled with a personal touch. We're proud of the work that we create, and want to make sure that customers are happy with what they purchase!

Hello from Red Nebula Studios, a small business and fantasy art studio run by myself and my husband. My name is Sarrah Wilkinson, and I've been an artist before I knew what the word "artist" even meant! I do digital illustration and painting, which I then turn into the prints, buttons, bookmarks, and other fun things you can find in the store. I also love to sculpt! All of the resin cast items in the store are made from my original sculptures, and I occasionally craft one-of-a-kind sculptures from polymer clay as well.

My husband, Robbie, is the creator of the beautiful chainmaille jewelry you'll find in our store. He and I both share responsibilities for assembling the many items in our store, such as pinback buttons, bookmarks, and glass charms, and packaging items for shipping.

All items are created, packaged, and shipped with a high level of care, making sure they are well protected and will arrive at their final home in excellent condition.

We also have a second Etsy store for my cosplay, supplies, masks, props, and other costuming-related merchandise that doesn't really fit here. If you're interested, take a look at our sister store, RedNebulaCosplay!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
Returns and exchange details
Please contact me within 1 week of receiving your purchase if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if it arrives damaged.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact me at once! If you can, please send me a photograph of the condition of the item and the box. I can use this to claim on the postal insurance for the item. In the case of a damaged item, you do not need to ship the item back to me in order to receive a refund. If you receive a damaged item which is not one-of-a-kind, I can also replace the item for you.

I will honor refund requests on items you decide you don't want, but only upon return of the item. In this case, shipping is the buyer's responsibility and will be subtracted from your refund.
We accept payment via PayPal and via credit card through Etsy.
We ship items within 3 business days of receiving your order.

- Domestic Orders (within the United States) -

Items will ship via USPS, either First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post, depending on the weight and size of the package. One-of-a-kind items over $20 will have insurance included in the price of shipping. Your item will typically arrive at its destination between 2-10 days of being shipped.

- International Orders -

International shipping is available to Canada. International orders ship via USPS, either First Class International or Priority International. Please note that we will only ship one-of-a-kind items (including limited edition items) with shipping options that include insurance and tracking, which can be somewhat expensive. International orders may take as long as 6-8 weeks to arrive, please be patient.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

It is illegal to falsify customs information (such as marking the item as a gift or a lower price to avoid customs fees). We will not do so, so please do not ask.

- Incorrect Shipment Address / Return to Sender Packages -

Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before placing an order! The buyer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

If a buyer enters an incorrect address and the package is subsequently returned to us, we will refund the order minus the shipping cost and the buyer is free to purchase again (after updating their address). If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot provide a refund.
