Welcome to Red Peacock Designs! We specialize in wearable art that has a delicate environmental impact. We all love to get dressed up and have pretty things and we hope to make those things out of antique, salvaged or vintage goods whenever possible.

As a result of using these materials though, not all pieces are in perfect condition. While this lends a very unique edge to each piece, it creates an imperfect selling environment. We will always do our best to ensure you get a quality piece of art in the best condition possible.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours, if item has not been shipped and expedited shipping has not been requested. If the item is a specially made piece, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours to receive a refund.
All products are shipped in jewelry boxes within padded envelopes or boxes (if multiple pieces). All Jewelry boxes and interior packaging are made from at least 80% recycled materials and shipping envelopes are either recycled materials or can be recycled.

Pieces will ship USPS within 1 week of confirmed payment (unless it is a special order item). International items will be shipped from carriers based upon each piece, location mailed to and best price.

Confirmation and insurance are not included in the shipping price but can be added for a small fee, if requested prior to payment to update product cost.

Shipping can be expedited or have special instructions if requested at time of purchase or at Red Peacock Designs’ discretion if requested after. This also applies to any other special shipping options you may request.

Local buyers can schedule pick-ups at a variety of locations and therefore, can forgo shipping costs.

For custom or made-to-order pieces, they will ship within 14 to 21 days after confirmation that supplies are available. If I cannot meet the 21 days from date of order, I will contact the buyer in regards to a specific time-line for goods.

Gift packaging can be requested from buyer. This may also include a personal note or card to be added for a fee of $1.00. Gift packaging includes receipt with product that has no cost information and a buyer note section, as well as an itemized receipt sent personally to the buyer. For gifts, I strongly recommend that the purchaser buy at least a delivery confirmation.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items, except for earrings, can be returned or exchanged to us, if we are notified of the intent to do so within 10 days from receipt of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

In the event of a piece breaking, due to something Red Peacock Designs could have prevented we will pay return shipping and either refund or exchange the piece if it is within 90 days from date of purchase with receipt.
Additional policies and FAQs
Red Peacock Designs strives for the highest quality goods, but also asks the buyer to understand the nature of the materials used in our pieces. Since many use vintage or antique items, glass or soft metal breaking can easily occur if care isn't taken during use.

After 90 days, some items may still be repaired by Red Peacock Designs for a fee. We will do our best to keep costs down but will charge for materials, shipping and a small work fee. We will quote repairs on a case to case basis with information from the buyer.

We love to offer wholesale opportunities! If you are interested in wholesale purchasing, please contact me. Generally, once you supply your company information with tax id we can offer the following discounts: $100 to $250 orders receive a 25% discount, $250 to $500 receive a 30% discount, $500 to $750 receive a 35% discount and $750 and up is a 40% discount. We also do consignment, just contact me!


1.Can pieces be sized?

Our standard bracelet size is 7 1/2 inches but they can be resized from 6 1/2 to 9 inches. In the event that buttons or pieces need to be removed, the buyer may chose the 1 or 2 to be taken off.

Necklace chains can come in a variety of lengths to suit all types. Most chains can be exchanged for a longer or shorter one, but we may not be able to have the same type of chain. In this event we will give the buyer options of types for the length they requested and they may choose.

2.Can I get a different color?

Since all of these pieces are so different and unique, we may not be able to accommodate a piece in a different color. I design the pieces based upon stock and inspiration, but would be happy to work with anyone to find the colors and styles they would like.

As for chains and cords, yes you may get different tones and types based upon what we have available. We always have the following in stock: black or dark brown leather cord (cut to any length), thin black silk rope, 16 to 20 inch silver ball chain, small silver chain (cut to length), antique gold finish small chain, or antique copper finish small chain. Usually in stock as well we have a small gauge 24 inch length silver ball chain, a 16 to 20 inch black ball chain and an 18 inch copper tone ball chain. Others may be available so feel free to inquiry to see if we have a style you’d prefer.
