Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
Please contact me if you feel you want to return or exchange an item (I will determine what is reasonable in returning an item). I will exchange for items damaged in the mail only. Buyer to pay return shipping. Please be aware that when purchasing items online, all of our monitors display colors differently, if even minutely. The item you received may be a little different in color than what you see on your monitor. It all depends on monitor callibrations, settings, etc etc, so please be aware.
Payment
Please send payments within 5 business days of starting the transaction. Those who wish to cancel their transaction must notify me as soon as possible.
Shipping
Shipping is calculated by location and is the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be refunded. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, where applicable.
If an item is needed by a certain date, please contact me first to discuss the best shipping options.
This is especially important with international orders, where the least expensive shipping option can take a couple of months for an item to arrive.
Individually sold stickers to addresses in the USA are shipped USPS First Class WITHOUT a tracking number. Tracking can be purchased for a separate fee, or if you purchase a larger item or multiple stickers I can ship with tracking. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.
