Years ago we started making some play toys for ourselves due to the lack of availability of unique sexually stimulating sex toys available. We wondered if we were alone so we made the decision to list a few of them here on Etsy and thousands of sales later, it turns out the we were not alone!

We typically ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail within 1-3 business days of receiving payment (sometimes even the same day if you get lucky!) unless stated otherwise. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you immediately. If your order is over $50 we may send with signature required. We want to make sure you get your order.
Tracking numbers may not be available for international orders and we are not responsible for additional custom fees or costumes issues. Also please check your address to make sure it is correct. We have no way to verify an address outside of the USA and are not responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect address, customs, additional taxes or lost mail.
Once we ship your order only to the address provided by you it is out of our control and in the hands of the carrier! If tracking shows your order was delivered to the address you provided there is nothing we can do. Misdeliveries need to be taken up with your local USPS or postal service of your country. Please use the tracking number at USPS.com to check the status of your order! We do recommend selecting the "Signature Required" upgrade at checkout especially for overseas orders. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, customs rejection or any other undeliverble reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the cost of the order minus shipping costs along with a 50% restocking fee. Return undeliverable custom orders will not be refunded . At our discretion we may reship the order but will require a new shipping charge be paid. Please verify you address before you order!
If your country is outside the USA you may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the USA and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
