Thanks for visiting Red Suit Studios’ Etsy Shop. I’m Deb Johnson, artist and creator of Red Suit Studios and I love being able to share the joy of Christmas through the artwork that is created.

A little bit about our Santas: We get our Santas from several different vendors throughout the US. They come to our studio already poured and fired. All of our Santas are then hand painted and stained by me at my home studio in Searcy, AR. I hope you enjoy the Santas as much as I love creating them!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I do my best to accurately describe and photograph the items in my shop. Please read the descriptions carefully as I do not accept returns unless there was a mistake on my part.

All items are carefully packaged to prevent breakage. However, if an item reaches you in a damaged condition, I will gladly work with you to replace the item. Please notify me within 5 days of receiving the package and send pictures of the damaged item to theartist [!at]

I will replace it with a similar item of equal value or provide a full refund (minus shipping & handling).

I will work with you to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. We want our customers to have a happy experience when shopping with us.
I accept payment via PayPal, which allows for payment with all major credit cards.

*Please Note: You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to use this method. Just select the PayPal option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Your payment is due at the time you place your order. Payments not received within 48 hours will result in a canceled transaction and the item(s) will be relisted on Etsy. Please contact me with any problems or concerns.

Items will be shipped AFTER payment has cleared.

Any work on custom orders will not begin until payment has been received and cleared.

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact me through Etsy or email theartist [!at] I will work with you to accommodate your needs.
We now offer FREE SHIPPING on every order! All items are ready to ship and are mailed via USPS Ground. Each package shipped will have insurance on purchases up to $100 and package tracking. If you have any special shipping requests please contact me before you submit payment.

Your items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of received payment.
Currently we ONLY ship to the United States & Canada.

Please keep in mind that even though we do our best to ship promptly and pack items carefully, the items become the responsibility of USPS once we drop them off. Transit times and damage after the items have left our studio is the responsibility of USPS and no longer under our control. Domestic shipments should take approximately 2-7 days for delivery.

Custom Orders usually ship out within 1-2 weeks of purchase. I will notify you once your order has been mailed out.

ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS YOU HAVE PROVIDED ON THE ETSY ORDER INVOICE. Please contact me if you need your order shipped to an alternate address. PLEASE double check your shipping address!

In an effort to keep my shipping costs low, I often will use recycled packaging. Each item is carefully packaged in bubble wrap and shipped in a box with packing peanuts.
