Returns and exchange details
I want to make sure you are happy with your item. Due to the nature of my vintage items, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

In most cases regarding shipping, there can be a long delay. Sadly I have no control what happens once it is out of my hands.
Generally I ask people to wait 6-8 weeks maximum (yes, even to the US!) If it is not received at that time, I can partially refund the cost of the item (Which is fair to both of us). :)

Vintage Items are sometimes fragile and RedToque is not responsible for items damaged/missing in transit. Consequently vintage items are described to the best of my ability, but I'm more than happy to answer any specific questions you may have. :)
Payment
Payment options include PayPal, Money Orders (Pink Slip) and bank transfers where necessary.
Shipping
Shipment is sent via CanadaPost unless specified or agreed to an alternative method.

Buyer is responsible for all customs charges, etc.
