Welcome to my online store, I am excited to be able to offer unique pieces that are not available in stores or online catalogues.
I have been crafty since I was a child and always have a needle and thread, jewellery pliers or a potters wheel at hand.
I realise my photographic expertise is somewhat lacking but hope that will improve with practice, so if you need more photos of an item convo me. I endeavour to describe my items thoroughly.

Payment
I accept Pay pal and direct deposit and I do combine shipping.
It is not necessary to have an account with Paypal in order for them to process a credit or debit card transaction. Please be aware that if you are using e-checks through Paypal your items will not ship until the e-check has cleared, usually 4-5 business days, which will delay the receipt of your purchase.
Pursuant to Etsy policy, items must be purchased within 3 days. Payments not completed within 7 days will be cancelled, items re-listed, & potential negative feedback left.
If you decide not to complete a transaction, please contact me as soon as possible via convo or email, so that it may be canceled without any adverse feedback.

Shipping
I use Australia Post for all shipping. Insurance is available so convo me please if you desire this option, otherwise I will not be respoonsible for items that are lost in the mail. I prefer you to use Registered Mail, please check my store policy.

I don't believe in making money from shipping so I try to keep the shipping costs to a minimum.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am not responsible for what happens to your purchase once shipped. I take great care in ensuring that items are packaged securely.
Should a piece arrive damaged and you require repair, providing you pay the return postage I shall do my best to see that it is repaired, this offer is for a period of one month following purchase.
My goal is to make you happy by providing a quality piece of jewellery. If you are not happy with the item or transaction, please feel free to contact me.
Additional policies and FAQs
Gifts may be shipped to the recipient by adding the address in "notes to seller" upon checkout.
I will provide gift wrapping free of charge.
