- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
However, the item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
1. Please email us to request a refund and, based on your location, we will immediately provide you with a postal address.
2. Please include in your package a letter stating the reason for your return as well as the original receipt.
You can expect your refund within 7 business days of receipt of the returned items. We will notify you by email with the details of your refund, and we will issue the refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
We will not pay shipping for returns.
We currently ship by default direct from Thailand by:
Air Economy Service: estimate delivery is about 14 to 23 business days.
Air Standard - 8 to 14 business days
Air Express - 4 to 8 business days
All of our customers orders are provided with a tracking number
While we do often see shipments arrive sooner than expected we would like to note that you may experience longer delivery times due to customs-related delays.
If for some reasons we are unable to deliver an order within the guaranteed time frame, we will immediately contact you.
If you need your order to arrive quicker, please contact us so we can provide you with a quote.
Potential import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees and charges that might be due upon delivery, are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with the Customs Office in the country of destination to determine what these additional costs might be prior to buying.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
Please also check with the Customs Office in the country of destination about possible import regulations or restrictions that might affect your shipment.
Please note that we will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.
We ship all items worldwide and use the THAI POST (economy international services)
If you need us to ship your order with a courier (EMS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT), please email us to get a quote.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have any tracking number.
Shipping to Australia
The importation of some products in Australia is, by law, subject to certain biosecurity import conditions. Some products are not allowed entry while other products are only allowed after the Department of Agriculture and Water Resources grants an import permit.
We cannot be held responsible for any items quarantined, destroyed or otherwise not delivered as a result of an import restriction.
Therefore, please check with the Customs bureau in Australia about any import regulations or restrictions (including quarantine) that might affect your shipment prior placing an order with us.
Shipping to Germany
Unfortunately are unable to supply orders to Germany with a tracking number for our free shipping due to Germany Post regulations. If you would like to upgrade we will be able to supply it at that time.
