A Wolf Girls Passion

"I was always fascinated by anthropomorphic animals on tv and cartoons when I was a child.I grew up watching Disney movies,Looney Toons,etc,just like many in my age group.And I've always loved werewolf movies,and admired from a young age the physical effects involved in them,I wanted to wear stuff like that and wow or scare everyone.

As I got older I learned more and more about the furry and cosplayer community but saw the prices of many of the items and being from a simple family with a fairly low income I just couldn't afford I decided to start making things myself.

While I've always been a gifted crafter,it all really began when I turned 17,I received about $400 for my birthday(which wowed me in and of itself) so I decided to give making a costume a shot.After several months of research and fabric hunting I dove right in to making a full wolf costume..and it turned out decent I think.

But it wasn't enough,I had caught the creative bug and I just had to keep making things.It got to the point where I ran out of room to store the costumes,and so I had considered selling.I gave ebay a shot but I just couldn't get a price I felt was justified.Everyone was making similar,but lesser quality things to me and selling them for dirt cheap,and I just couldn't feel right about selling one of my tails for less than $20,when my materials cost double that.I decided to stop selling after that.
A few years later I met my wonderful boyfriend Logan,and he inspired me to really get creative again,to sell again,but after ebay leaving a bad taste in my mouth I was unsure of what to do.
One day while wearing a tail of mine out at the local mall(yes I'm a bit odd) a clerk at one of the stores told me about Etsy,so I decided to give selling here a shot.Since then I have met many fellow crafters who admire my skill,who understand the time and effort that goes into all of my work.I felt my skills were finally being appreciated.

I'm still fairly new to selling,but I have learned much,and I have gained many fans of my work,and it has been such a boost to me,and it's inspired me to create even more.I love seeing my customers with items they got from me,they often parade them about cutely and it makes me happy that I made them happy.

I hope to continue providing this service to people,and I am ever improving what I do,one stitch and airbrushing session at a time"

I accept PayPal and Direct Checkout.For custom items,if you do not contact me,or respond to my messages within 5 days of your purchase,or if I am not given enough information to complete your order,the sale will be cancelled,your money refunded and the item will be re-listed.I simply cannot make the item without your input(which is why it's custom).If I do not hear from you I will attempt to contact you via the convo system,or via email.

I expect all payment up front.
All items are shipped as soon as I am able after a payment is received in my account.I ship using USPS whenever possible,items shipped this way will take approx 3-7 business days to arrive within the US.I also insure packages and place delivery confirmation whenever possible.Please note that this goes into the shipping cost.
If I am unable to ship within the first 7 days after I receive a payment(applies to stock items only,not custom),I will contact you and explain why.
Please be sure you have the correct shipping information both on PayPal and Etsy,as I am not responsible if your items are not delivered promptly due to incorrect information.
If the item you purchased is returned to me due to the wrong shipping address you will need to pay shipping costs again,in addition to providing the correct address.

Custom items usually take about two to three weeks to complete(or more),so these items will obviously take much longer before I can ship.If you would like an estimate time please contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
I allow for partial refunds on custom items before they are completed and shipped.
I do not offer refunds on custom items after they have been shipped,unless they arrive broken.If this happens please contact me and I will either request pictures of the damage or request the item be returned for inspection.I am willing to repair any items that are broken on arrival but I do request that you pay return shipping.

I offer refunds on all stock items provided you contact me within 7 days of an items shipping date if you contact me stating the reason you are wishing to return the item,and you will receive your refund ONLY after you have returned the item to me in its original condition and I have received it.Do not return an item to me without contacting me first please.If you are wanting an exchange instead please let me know so we can work that out.I expect all return postage to be paid by the buyer.

I stand by the quality of my work.For as long as you own your item I offer free repairs on any items that get broken due to normal use(if I am able to repair).I expect buyers to pay return shipping for repairs,please contact me before shipping an item back.Should you not wish to ship an item back for repair I would be willing to try and instruct you in the proper way to repair your item.

I am open to making commission pieces,particularly animal tails and costume parts.If you are interested in this please let me know.I am usually very full up on custom orders,so please expect there to be some wait in the processing and completing of your order.

I guarantee the hand crafted quality of my products,I started my crafting by creating costumes for myself,and thus I made sure they could take a reasonable deal of abuse.
