All my items are hand-made by me!

I work really hard to make sure the pictures show the actual colors of my items and yarn, but be aware that every monitor is different and yours may display slightly different colors.

All items come from a smoke-free home. I do have two little dogs though. They leave my items alone but not me.

If you have a problem or concern with an item you receive *please* convo me asap so we can work something out. I want everyone to be pleased with what they buy! If you must return something, please contact me first. All returned items must be in original condition and returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the item.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned -- sorry.

I accept payment via PayPal, credit cards and Etsy gift certificates! Orders shipped to Virginia addresses will include 5% sales tax.

Shipping

Items are shipped via USPS. I ship my items within two business days of payment. If you want your shipment insured or need it faster, contact me before paying.
