Your gown will be handmade exclusively for you and according to your individual measurements, minimising the amount of alterations you may need.

Contact me and I will send you list of measurements with descriptions and photo references how to take them (like bust, waist, hips, length of top, skirt, sleeve, height in cm etc).

You can ask a friend to measure you carefully according to our instructions or, preferably, have them taken by a professional. Even if you was measured by a professional, different seamstresses/tailors may have different methods and visions about same parameters, that may result in fit, so please recheck.

Dry cleaning or gentle hand wash for little spots
Cold Iron or Medium steam
Keep it in a garment cover or in a box in a dry space
Avoid straight sun rays

We are flexible in customizations of original designs from our collections, because every dress is made-to-order. It's possible to alter neckline style, sleeve length, cut on the back etc.

Sometimes shipping can be longer due to customs delays, remote area destinations, weather conditions or holidays.

Please note that shipment may be subject to duty and tax collected by a recipient's country customs.

Sometimes tones, textures, and thickness of material may slightly differ in reality depending on a screen, photo retouching, type of light, and other parameters. This is why we offer fabric samples before a dress production, so you can be sure about the tone and type of material for your gown. You'll receive around 2x4 inches of fabric pieces in a little box.

All sales are final due to a personal sizing and custom nature of every order.

Despite that we can't offer a return, we can remake it if something would be wrong with a gown by our fault. If you have any issue after receiving, please contact us and we'll find the best solution to make you totally happy with your order.

In most orders our brides are very happy about fit and don't need alteration at all.

But made-to-measure dress is just an adapted size. An absolutely perfect fit can be achieved only with pre-fittings. This why there is a rare need for minor adjustments to be made by a local seamstress, to make dress fit bride like a glove. Only customer is responsible for these costs, because we are unable to have pre-fittings on a distance and measurements list can't fully reflect all features and proportions of the body, because they are unique and specific for every person.

Please note that body measurements are not always equal to garment measurement. There are ±few cm for design features, fabric stretching and allowance for potential alterations.
