I've been reading Tarot since I was 12 years old, when my dad brought me my first tarot deck as a gift because he liked the box (it was the Aquarian Tarot, for the curious). I read for fun for some time and then, around 1999, I started having recurring dreams about reading tarot in public. The dreams were so persistent that I buckled down, took the next steps in researching the decks, the history, what spoke most to me, and in 2000 I began reading professionally.

Since then I have read at public and private events, parties, in personal sessions, over multiple time zones and oceans, and for some of the most amazing people you can imagine. I have worked with a dear artist friend to create our own deck (for sale in the shop!) and have continued learning, expanding, and growing at every opportunity.

My style has been described as "more like therapy" and "highly informative and validating." I aim for practical, useful information to help you work through your current challenges and feel your positive agency in your next steps. I most often read via email, although I will do virtual readings and some phone readings.

Now, after fulfilling a many-years dream of of training and certification to become a Reiki Master, I'm also incorporating Reiki into my reading practice. Reiki, a form of energy healing, is about working through blockages and opening yourself up to healing - it can be done effectively over distance and it pairs well with tarot and that will be where most of my Reiki practice lives on Etsy.
