Refund/Returns/Resizes.

Damages:
-- If your belt, tie, or photo is damaged when it arrives please let me know, I test and inspect everything before it is packaged and leaves, I take pride in the quality and standards I place on myself so if anything is wrong with your product please let me know, with few exceptions I will be happy to remake it.

Custom Orders/Adjustments/Resizing:
-- If you order a custom item from me I am always happy to make sure your product is perfect for you... nothing is as unfortunate as giving someone a gift and finding out it doesn't fit or is something they don'w want. During the ordering process I make certain that the product is exactly as you ordered it... however if you find that it isn't what you ordered, I will do an exchange as long as the wrong belt is returned. If you find that your belt is not big enough, ship it back and for $5 I will resize your order for you. As for ties, I go to great lengths to make sure they fit, with all sizing info requested before construction finishes and I give options for adjustments once it arrives, thus any work done on the tie after will be subject so a bit of labor cost. Again, don't hesitate to message me, I want to make sure this thing is perfect for you.

Pre-made belts:
-- Pre-made belts are listed by size, thus I do not resize them. If you would like to return the belt for $5 I am happy to exchange you one for one I have in stock. If I do not however I can do a custom order for you.

------Payment methods:
--Credit/Debit: The easiest, safest, fastest. Pretty self-explanitory.
--Money Order/Check: I dont like these, but will take them, know it does take time to mail them and I dont begin work until it arrives.... not the best method if you are in a rush.
--Cash: The USPS really doesn't like $ sent in the mail, neither do I, here's why: you may have sent it but people are notorious for stealing $$, there is very little confirmation for you to know and trust it arrives safely.... it's best for the both of us if you try an electric form

------Taxes:
--If you are in MN, sales tax is added to the order.

Shipping:

My flat shipping rate works for anywhere in the lower 48 of the USA, anything outside of that is a custom shipping quote that I get from my provider. So, if you are in the USA I do the best shipping I can, this is almost always USPS priority ground, or UPS ground. If you would like to ship the item faster please let me know, I am sure we can work something out.

International Shipping: To be quite honest this gets expensive fast, takes forever (US customs). However, as previously mentioned I am always happy to send anything anywhere, just please be understanding with the added cost.

Custom belts, orders, buying guide:

Belts and Sizing:
-Width: My belts are 1.25" wide, about 3/16" thick and are measured to give you a decent size overlay at the end.
-Length: The size listed is the effective functional length. Add a good 4" or so to what size of pant you wear and that is the size of belt to order.
