Hi Angela, I don't know how I received this order from you if you didn't place it. I completed the order with your requested personalization and emailed the completed pdf file to your email address the same day. If there was an issue with placing the order, I wish you would have contacted Etsy to resolve it.

What is a Digital PDF File?
If you order a "Digital PDF File", the Digital PDF File is NOT an instant download. I will have to add your personalization. I will email your completed PDF to the email address that is on file with Etsy within 1 business day from the date of approval. You are responsible for printing your design, purchasing the favors, and assembling the design to your favors. You can print as many copies as you would like. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO YOU.
What does an "Assembled/Unfilled Chip Bag" Consist of?
If you order "Assembled/Unfilled Chip Bags" I will print, assemble, and ship your order to you. You are responsible for purchasing your own 1oz. prepackaged snacks, putting them inside of the bags, and removing the double-sided tape to seal the bag.
How long will it take to recieve my order?
Processing/Shipping time differs depending on:
1. How you place your order.
2. The item and quantity you order.
3. Your response time to your proof.
4. How your order is scheduled for delivery.
