Genuine gemstone jewellery with healing intentions.
I started my shop to bring my jewellery to a wider audience. Working as a therapist, I had developed an interest in crystal healing and completed a training course. I was making gemstone hangings and jewellery as gifts for my Reiki students, family and friends and I really enjoyed doing it. I heard about Etsy from a crafter friend.
I originally studied Oriental languages, and during my course I became fascinated with ancient jewellery and the designs from different cultures. I also learned about the use of gemstones in healing, particularly in Ayurveda. My love of making my jewellery comes from my understanding that jewellery is about more than adornment - gemstones have a long and fascinating history in many cultures, and pieces of jewellery are handed down through the generations, becoming part of the history of families.
I like to think that some of my pieces will be treasured, and gather their own history as they are worn and shared.

I make jewellery for its healing intentions as well as its beauty. I am a therapist and gemstone jewellery is a way of carrying positive energy around with you! Originally I studied Oriental languages, and my love of jewellery design started then.
I am interested in both crafts and fashion. My mother owned one of those lovely old-fashioned ladies' shops which sold clothes made to last, and her alteration lady taught me to sew properly, knit and crochet. She helped develop my eye and feel for quality and I learned to take time over choosing materials and making things.
I learned to make jewellery in order to produce original and pretty gifts. The recipients liked them, so when I heard about Etsy I jumped in with my little collection. I learn new things on Etsy every day, and think it is a fantastic opportunity for crafters to learn from each other, buy and sell supplies and offer their finished work to the public. All the members know that it takes time, patience and originality to make craft items and it is good to have that appreciation.
I do take notice of fashion, cutting out magazine pictures of jewellery I like and working out how they produced it. I glean an idea here, a combination of colours there, and look at what colours and styles of clothes are coming along. I make jewellery which I hope will be worn and treasured. The difference is in my intention - I think of the meanings and energies of the stones and send my pieces out to you with a wish that they will talk quietly to you as you go about your day.

I am happy to send items overseas.
I like to use Airsure for international items, as it offers tracking and insurance. It costs £4.90 in addition to airmail. The choice is yours, but it is an excellent service.
I will confirm when I have shipped your item. I complete customs declaration forms and attach them to your package.
Please be patient with international deliveries - at the moment, packages to the USA can take a little longer for security reasons, for example.
Please contact me straight away if there is a problem - damage to the package, for instance.
Refunds and Exchanges
I accept returns of damaged items and will refund the money.
Please be patient if you are a USA customer - I despatch items promptly but once they have left the UK there can be delays due to security at your end.
