Payment
All payments must be received via paypal within 3 business days. I reserve the right to cancel the sale if payment is not made on time.
Shipping
I ship USPS first class mail unless otherwise noted by the buyer. When your order is ready for mailing, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number from USPS.

I can only ship to verified paypal addresses.

Due to paypal's seller protection policies, I do not offer international shipping. Paypal will not protect any package that is sent overseas. As soon as they change their policies, I will be more than happy to change mine. ;o)
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of my items, I do not accept returns unless it is a grave error on my part.

► Turn around Time:
All reillybelle orders are handmade by me. Please expect 5-7 BUSINESS days for your order to be completed. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. I reserve the right to change this TAT at any time if there is an influx in my orders.

► Returns:
Due to the nature of my items, I do not accept returns unless it is a grave error on my part.

► Custom Orders:
I'm always happy to create something special for you...just ask!

► Wholesale Inquiries:
I do offer a wholesale program. Please convo me for details.

► Packaging:
All reillybelle items come packaged ready for gift giving!

► Vacation Mode:
There are times that I need to close my stores for a week at a time in order to keep up with the demand for my products. During this time, orders cannot be placed so that I can uphold my customer service and prompt turn around time. Thanks for your understanding. :o)
