Welcome to ReiLynn Designs, where I specialize in hand crafting kanzashi flowers, specialty hair bows and sewn tutus. I personally believe that every girl is special and unique and our accessories have such personality - your little girl will just shine! I also have created a line especially for families in the LGBT community - "Because Every Family Needs Pride."

Returns and exchanges
We accept refunds, except any custom made orders, within the first 30 days of purchase. Buyer must pay shipping costs and item must be returned in unworn condition before refund is accepted.
We make all of our tutus "made to order" and cannot accept refunds on them. Please be sure of your sizes and items needed before buying. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know and I will gladly assist you.
If there is a problem with your order due to ReiLynn Designs error, we will be happy to exchange your item. We ask that you contact us within one week and make arrangements to send us the problem merchandise back.

Ready to Ship items are processed in 1-3 Days
We use first class to ship items- it normally takes 3-5 business days. If you are needing to rush order your items, please let us know and we will let you know the appropriate costs.
Our items are shipped in mailers, small boxes and clear shiping tubes depending on the size and weight of the order.
Tutu's come in clear shipping containers or boxes to avoid smashing.
