The file is available once payment is confirmed.
You will be able to access and download the file from your Purchases page.
You can print on any inkjet printer or have printed professionally.
♣ You CAN re-print my images as many times as you need. You can incorporate the images in your craft items for personal and small commercial use (up to 150 times each item)
♣ When you use Reinventz images in your projects for commercial purposes, the final product you sell, must be tangible (not digital) and made by you (not mass production).
♣ You CANNOT sell printed papers or digital sheets of Reinventz images.
♣ You CANNOT sell my images as a part of a kit (e.g a kit for pendants, scrapbooking, etc.)
♣ File sharing is strictly prohibited.

4 out of 5 starsThe sweatshirt is good quality as described. However, I was looking to purchase from a Canadian business. This was advertised as one. Unfortunately, the product was produced and shipped from the United States and took much longer for delivery than anticipated.

When will my item ship?
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to ship from our print studio. Note: They will most likely ship
faster than this, but we like to under promise and over deliver. Holidays tend to lean more towards 2
weeks and the rest of the time around 3 days. Thank you for your patience while we print your high
quality items, just for you!
Custom and personalized orders
We custom-make each shirt (in the size of your choice) and print it just for YOU at the time of your
purchase. Therefore, we have a no refund or exchange policy. We kindly ask that you carefully follow
our size chart to ensure the correct sizing. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us.

We ship via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping times vary by location, typical times are 3-5 business

Yes! As soon as your item ships (within 1-2 weeks) you will receive a notification and email from Etsy
with your tracking number.

All of our shirts are considered unisex, therefore they run slightly large. If you want a more fitted look
please size down. We include size charts with all of our listings. To get an accurate fit - measure one
of your favorite t-shirts. Lay it flat on the ground and measure side to side (width) and neck line to
hem (length).

Your order goes into our printing queue as soon as your order is placed. Once it's in the queue it
cannot be pulled out. Therefore we do not accept cancelations. We thank you for your understanding
and appreciate your business.
What material is your jewelry made of?
925 sterling silver, 316L stainless steel and a few in Brass. For products made of gold and rose gold, they are coated with a 18K gold layer. Every product made in 925 sterling silver will have 925 or S925 stamped.
Are your products nickel-free?
All of our jewelry is hypoallergenic and certified Nickel-free. We test every single style to ensure they meet all of our rigorous standards
What is you 60 Days Guarantee Policy Situation?
Please understand we do not accept returns for personalized items. But we generally have a 60 days guarantee policy, during this time period we provide free new replacements (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) of equal or lesser value), and this policy applies to the following conditions:
1. We sent the wrong order or item(s), customers received broken items, or the quality of the product customers received is damaged/defective.
2. Customers received the incorrect personalized products: wrong birthstones, wrong names engraved, wrong sizes.
