Shibori is an ancient tradition from Japan to create patterns on fabrics. The fabrics are bound, pleated, stitched, clamped or wrapped and then dyed. This way the dyeing is partially prevented. After opening up the reservation the pattern emerges.

The following information and terms and conditions explain the processes of shopping at Rejell/Charlotte Bartels on Etsy. I am legally obligated to provide this information. Please read it thoroughly. You will also receive a copy via email with every purchase.
Purchases at Rejell/Charlotte Bartels on Etsy are subject to German legal requirements. The contract language is German or English.

Cancellation Policy/Cancellation Right
You have the right to cancel the contract of purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days starting with the day you, or a third person you nominated, receives the goods, but at the earliest with the receipt of this cancellation policy.
To make use of your cancellation right you have to inform me of your decision to cancel the contract by use of a definite declaration (e.g. a letter by post, or an email). You may use the following cancellation form; but you are also welcome to phrase your cancellation yourself. To comply with the cancellation period it is sufficient to mail your message stating the use of your cancellation right before the expiration of the cancellation period.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel the contract, I will refund all payments I received from you, including the shipping costs
promptly and not later than 14 days starting with the day I received your message of cancellation of the contract.

For this repayment I will use the same means of payment as in the original payment, unless otherwise agreed; on no account will you be charged any fees for this repayment. I can withhold the repayment until I retrieved all items, or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, depending on which is the earlier point in time.

You have to return the goods promptly and at the latest 14 days after the day you linform me of your cancellation. You keep the term, if you mail the goods before the expiration of this 14 day period.

If you make use of your cancellation right, the shipping costs of the return are at your expense.

Please choose insured shipping only for all returns. If I do not retrieve the goods, I will not refund any costs, if you cannot prove that the goods have been sent back.

You will have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value is caused by a handling that is not required to check the nature, qualities and functionality of the goods.

Custom-made orders are excluded from this cancellation right.

The cancellation right applies for final consumers only, i.e. for each individual person who does conclude a transaction for a purpose that cannot be predominantly assigned to her or his business or freelance work.

Payment
I only accept payment in advance.
Payments are possible via Paypal, credit card, debit card, immediate bank transfer or Etsy gift card.
In general payments are due immedeatly, or at the latest 3 days after your order. If I have not received any payment within this period, I will contact you via Etsy conversation or email. If I do not note any payment 7 days after your order, your order will be cancelled.

Reservation of Property Rights
The goods remain my property until full payment of my claims is completed.

Prices
All prices are final prices. They do not include any taxes, since I do not charge sales taxes according to German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG). Shipping costs are added according to the following listing. All prices are valid as listed at the moment of your order.

To Germany 5.00 Euro via DHL
Delivery time 1-5 business days

Everywhere else 11.90 Euro via Deutsche Post
For any additional item 5.00 Euro are added to the shipping fee
Delivery time to Europe (excluding Russia) 2-8 business days
Delivery time to North America 5-12 business days
Delivery time to all other countries approx. 8-17 business days

These delivery times are regular delivery times. Delivery may take longer due to import provisions such as custom regulations of the country of destination.

All items are shipped within 3 days after payment to the given shipping address, unless otherwise agreed. If Paypal is used for payment, please make sure that your shipping address stated at Etsy is the same as at Paypal.

National shipping: Items are shipped as insured parcel via DHL. A tracking number will be provided.

International shipping: Items are shipped insured via Deutsche Post. A tracking number will be provided in most countries.
Since I am responsible for the receipt of the goods, I can accept insured delivery and returns only.

Please note that for all orders shipped to a destination outside the European Union import taxes and custom fees can be charged in addition to the shipping costs. Custom duties and taxes are charged by your local custom duty office and are at your expense.

Conclusion of the Contract
Your order at my Etsy shop is a binding offer to conclude a contract of purchase with me. Etsy will send you a confirmation email to confirm your offer. The contract of purchase is valid as soon as I ship the goods.
If an item is not available due to reasons I cannot be held responsible for the contract will not be concluded. You will be informed immediately and all payments already made will be returned at once.

Storage of the Contract
The contract will be stored by Etsy. If you are logged in to your Etsy account, you can check or print your information at anytime at Your Account > Purchases and Reviews. Click on the link on the right to view the Receipt. You will also receive a confirmation email containing all ordering data and these terms and conditions to the email address you named.

Privacy
Your data will be used exclusively to process your order and will otherwise not be given to any third party. After the legal obligation to retain data according to tax or commercial law expired your data will be deleted. Warranty
The warranty conforms to the legal requirements. If you have any claims please contact me via Etsy conversation or email at rejell [!at] online.de. Please send a photo of the damaged article. Usual wear is not reason for a warranty claim.
