Thank you so much for your interest in Rejoice! Bags. I really strive to provide unique bags that are very functional. Every bag is made by me, Larissa, on an industrial machine to insure quality seams and durability. Below is all the stuff that we have to put in writing, but please convo if you have any specific questions.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

Refunds and/or exchanges are only accepted for bags that are damaged prior to shipping. I do conduct a quality control check on each bag before shipping, but if it is decided that the bag was damaged before it was shipped. Therefore, returns are on a case-by-case basis only. If you have any questions, please feel free to convo us! :)

Payment

Unless noted in the description, your Rejoice! Bag will be made to order, and so we require two weeks production time before shipping. Production on your bag will begin after payment is received.
All Sale Bags are already made and will ship within 24 hours of received payment.
Because we start production on your bag after payment is received, cancellations are only accepted if it is received within one week following receipt of payment.

Shipping

Shipping charges include fees for firt-class shipping via USPS. Etsy is set up only for flat rates for the US, because of this there is often excess shipping charges that will be refunded. The refund for the shipping overage will be processed at the time that your bag(s) are shipped. Priority shipping is available, just let me know so that I can adjust the shipping rate. If you have any questions about this, please convo me.
International rates include fees for first-class postage via USPS and packaging.
