Due to the fact that most of our items are made to order, we do not offer returns but will offer an exchange or store credit.

In order to get a combined shipping rate you MUST place one order. We do not offer the combined rate on items purchased separately. No exceptions!

*The 75 cent STANDARD shipping DOES NOT provide tracking for US domestic orders and can take 2- 3 WEEKS to be delivered to you after we mail your item. If you select the STANDARD shipping and your item does not arrive in what you consider a reasonable length of time, we will not replace it before 21 postal business days has passed.
* UPGRADED SHIPPING is available at checkout and includes tracking and is shipped as First Class USPS parcel. Typically delivery time is about 5 business days from the day we put it in the mail.
*When we ship your item Etsy sends you a shipping notice with tracking (if applicable). Each and EVERY item gets a shipping notification. If you don't get one check your spam folder or update your Etsy settings.
*Please note that shipping costs also includes consumables needed to get your things mailed to you: envelopes, packaging materials, gasoline, stamps, etc. We do NOT make money on shipping.

Where do I put my customization information when I purchase?
PLEASE READ each listing for information on how to add personalization. There is a box at checkout named "notes to seller" . You will put ALL info requested in the listing in the box.
What will my decal stick to?
Our monograms and decals will stick to any smooth, rigid surface like glass, laptops, vinyl trunks, most helmets. They will not stick to grainy, non smooth finishes.
How do I apply my decal?
Directions for application are shipped with each order on the back of our business card. The card is positioned so you MUST see it when you open your package. Follow these directions! We do not replace items that did not stick when you did not follow our directions. If the product is defective we will replace at our expense.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes. On orders of multiple items the app will combine the rate. We do NOT offer the combined rate on items purchased separately. You must add all items to your cart before checkout. We do not refund shipping differences after purchase. No exceptions!
