Relax Event Studio

The Relax Event Studio vision is simple- create unique and elegant paperie products to elevate clients' most special moments to some of the happiest memories in their lifetime. Whether you are looking to ask that lifelong friend who has always been by your side to be your bridesmaid on one of the greatest days of your life, looking to connect with your groom and warm up his cold feet before your reveal on your wedding day, or to support that special couple through each of life's milestones, you deserve memorable, high-quality gifts that will do just that.

Since day one, my goal has always been to make your special event everything you'd imagined and more, which is why I started creating and selling our personalized, high-quality wedding and event products right from the beginning.

I began Relax Event Studio when I was planning my wedding in 2014. Many of my ideas were not available to purchase, so I started listing my own designs online. Now, I have had the privilege of creating stationery, wine labels, and decorations for over 10,000 weddings around the world. Many of these unique and beautiful ceremonies and receptions have inspired additional products in the Relax shop.

Returns and exchange details
SOCKS: I'll always exchange/refund unused socks. Buyer pays shipping.

CUSTOMIZED LABELS: I provide a full refund until I start designing. Once I begin designing, I refund only shipping. Custom labels are completely nonrefundable once I've sent them to print.

If your item arrives in a physical condition you're not happy with, let me know and I'll send a replacement ASAP or process a refund. I'll require a photo of the damaged/defective product.

LIMITATIONS ON REFUNDS:

INCORRECT LABELS If your order is incorrect because you didn't request revisions by the deadline, didn't message back if I asked questions, or you submitted incomplete or incorrect info, I'm not responsible for mistakes. Buyer pays redesign, reprinting and reshipping costs. (more info on proofs & approval deadlines under "shipping")

CUSTOM SIZING If you order a custom-sized label, you must provide the exact dimensions required before I start designing or I cannot guarantee that your label will fit. Resizing labels after I have started designing will incur a $6.50 design fee per order.

LATE ORDERS I do not refund orders that arrive late as a result of the customer's mis- understanding of these policies' production & shipping times. If you're on a tight timeline, send me an Etsy message and I'll work with you to make sure your order arrives on time.

INCORRECT MAILING ADDRESS If your order doesn't arrive due to your providing an incorrect mailing address, I will not refund your order, and you are responsible for reprinting and reshipping costs. If you have already ordered and listed the wrong shipping address, just message me any time before your order ships, and I will mail to your updated address.

I accept credit cards, PayPal payments, and Etsy gift cards. There is tax on items shipped to North Dakota & Washington.

2. *POSTERS & STANDARD DESIGNS* I ship within 2 business days. (If you provide ANY customized info for inclusion on your design, your order is not a standard design, it is custom.)

3. *CUSTOM DESIGNS* are any products with your personalized info. I individually design and hand assemble every label, and I work hard to get your proofs to you quicker than other Etsy design shops. Unless you request otherwise, I will send your digital proofs via Etsy message.

You'll choose NORMAL or RUSH proof production time as part of your shipping selection at checkout. You can waive your proofs, but it will still take the same amount of design time before I mail your order, and I'm not responsible for mistakes.

Here's a GENERAL guideline for NORMAL proof production time. (If you are on a tight timeline, send me a message and I'll give you options for your schedule. If you have already ordered, we can add-on Rush services.)

For NORMAL proof production time, you'll have 2 business days from when you receive your digital proofs to request revisions, unless I specify otherwise when I message your proof. I'll mail your order 3 business days after you receive your digital proofs (sooner if you approve sooner).

For RUSH proof production time, you'll have from when you receive your digital proofs to the next business day at 11am CST to request revisions, unless I specify otherwise when I message your proof. I'll mail your order ASAP after the revision request deadline unless you have requested revisions.

IF YOU REQUEST REVISIONS: I revise wording and layout as many times as you need (for free!) to make sure your custom design is perfect.

If you request color changes or label size changes after you receive your proofs, you are responsible for a $6.50 redesign fee per order- so make sure to request special colors & sizes at the time you order.

Revisions generally take 1 business day to complete. You'll have 24 business hours from when you receive your redesigned proof to request additional changes before I mail your order.

Although the USPS says standard shipping takes 2-5 days, please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive- especially during holiday seasons. I also offer shipping upgrades at checkout.

FEDEX vs. USPS Priority
USPS Priority Shipping is less expensive than FedEx. However, FedEX is MUCH more reliable than USPS. I highly suggest ordering with FedEx if you are on a time crunch.

STANDARD SHIPPING
I ship internationally via USPS First Class International, which includes Delivery Confirmation to most countries. Shipping takes 2-5 weeks depending upon customs time in the receiving country.

Shipping to Canada usually takes 1-2 weeks, but please allow the full 5 weeks in case of high volumes at Canadian customs, especially around holidays.

International customers are responsible for custom and duty fees assessed by their country.
Additional policies and FAQs
ONCE A PACKAGE LEAVES THE SHOP, IT IS OUT OF MY HANDS. The mail is the one part of the process I can't control. Please don't get angry at me for mistakes by USPS, FedEx, etc.

If your item doesn't arrive when expected, please first contact USPS/FedEx with your tracking number. If that doesn't work, send me a message, and I will make sure you receive your order.

I understand that friends and family have lots of inside jokes, and I will gleefully design custom orders with profanity. However, it is my policy not to design using racial or homophobic slurs.

Colors and image size vary from monitor-to-monitor. Please do not assume that the color & size on your screen is accurate. Slight color variations on printed pieces may occur.

How long will it take to receive my custom designed proofs?

I offer RUSH proof production time (proofs messaged to you in 1 business day) -or- NORMAL production time (proofs generally messaged in 6 business days).

You can choose which you'd like as part of the shipping at checkout.

For RUSH production time, you'll receive proofs within 24 business hours.

For NORMAL proof production, order on a: (times in CST)
- Saturday, Sunday or Monday- get proofs by the next Mon. at 11:59pm
- Tuesday- get proofs by the next Tues. at 11:59pm
- Wednesday- get proofs by the next Wed. at 11:59pm
- Thursday- get proofs by the next Thurs. at 11:59pm
- Friday- get proofs by the next Fri. at 11:59pm

Please allow an extra day for bank holidays.

How long does the proof approval process take?

Unless you request otherwise, I'll send your proof via Etsy message.

Can I waive my proof? What happens if I don't approve my proof?

Yes, but if you waive your proof or don't request revisions in time, we're not responsible for mistakes.

If you waive your proof, it will still take the Normal proof production time (or Rush production time, if that's how you ordered) before we mail your order.

How do I order multiple labels?

Labels are sold individually.

Let's say you have 1 Maid of Honor or Best Man, and you have 4 bridesmaids or groomsmen.

Order 5 labels. (put the Quantity on "5")

Then, you can leave the personalized info for all of the labels in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout. I customize wording on each label for no extra cost!

I can't find where to put my personalized information.

Write your personalized info in the "Notes to Seller" section at the end of checkout.

You can also message it to me via Etsy messaging or Custom Order Request.

Can I customize the wording on the label?

Yes! I customize wording on everything (except for art posters) for no extra cost, so you can go ahead and order right from the listing.

I don't need a custom design. How long until my order ships?

A few of my designs do not require any customization, so they don't need to go through the proof approval process. (these include the standard Milestone Labels and the Posters)

Non-customized orders ship within 2 business days.

(FYI: If you provide any customized info for inclusion on your order, your order is not a standard design, it is a custom design.)

What if I submit incomplete or incorrect information on accident?

No worries! Just shoot us a message before I start designing. I can change your shipping address or update the info you'd like on your custom labels.

How many proofs will you create for me?

I will revise wording and layout as many times as you need to make sure your order is perfect.

If you request color changes or sizing changes after you receive your proofs, you are responsible for a $6.50 redesign fee per order. (so make sure you request special colors & sizing at the time you order)

I don't understand the sock "groups"

I have different socks with different prices, so the socks are grouped into A, B, C, D, or E.

They're all outstanding quality- I only carry socks I would want my husband to wear at our own wedding.
