Hiya, I'm Lindsey and I'm the lady behind Release. Sometimes I'm also a french maid by day moonlighting as a creative genius with crafter's ADD. Seriously, I jump crafts like salmon jump from water. :)

I'm a twenty-something, married to a nice man for almost 9 years in October, mother to a Leo and Gemini boys, housewife who just so happened to see beads one day and thought it'd be a lovely idea to start hoarding them. Release is my creative alter-ego and has been with me since my first child passed away in 2002. I had my second baby on June 7th. Hey, beads kept the crazy at bay. :)

I started making stitch markers for Project Spectrum in 2006, which quickly turned into an addiction but then I had some leftover supplies so I made some bracelets. The world of beading opened up after that and now the possibilites are endless as long as my supplies are plentiful. When I'm not on etsy I dabble in making minature paintings, crochet, draw (through digital media), play with polymer clay and make graphics. I'm an amatuer seamstress so if you see a quilt in my shop it means that I spent A LOT of time on it.

My full time occupation is graphic designer transitioning into a professional makeup artist.

Payment
We accept Paypal and Google Checkout payments. You may also pay by credit card through Paypal. Please include your email address in the message to seller box if you would like to go through Google Checkout. I WILL NOT ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS OR CHECKS UNLESS YOU CONTACT ME FIRST.

I prefer Paypal or GoogleCheckout since I don't have to wait for payment to arrive in the mail or wait for a check to clear. Money orders and checks will ONLY be accepted if you convo me before the sale. If we can agree on the terms then the item that you order will not be sent until payment clears which could have a delay of 10 business days. ONLY AFTER I recieve payment will the items you order be sent. You don't pay, you don't get the items.

All prices are in USD which means that the money that comes to me must be the same currency. You have up to 3 days to convo me to arrange payment. If I don't hear from you then, I will convo you up to 3 times. If I don't recieve payment or have contact from you within 7 days, I will relist, email the etsy admins and then leave a neutral feedback.

If you'd like something but don't have the money please convo me and we can work out a payment plan. Custom orders require 50% deposit which is non-refundable.
Shipping
I ship First Class USPS with delivery confirmation when shipping in the US for orders under $35. APOs and military addresses will also recieve this same treatment even though I have to fill out custom forms. My international shipping fees are shown in each listing. I offer combined shipping on most items unless it's an expensive item or print. I take my packages to the post office on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Insurance is only offered by me on items/orders of $35 or more but usually those will go out by Priority Mail. Otherwise, it is upon request. Please make sure your Paypal address matches your Etsy address. I will ship to confirmed Paypal addresses only.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not truly satisfied, you have 24 hours after recieving the item in which to contact me. Earrings and clothing will not be exchanged under any circumstances. If you would like to return the item you've bought you must supply me with a vaild reason and the item. You are only entitled to a full refund if the item was described wrong. You're responsible for shipping the item back to me. After I've inspected the item, you'll be refunded your purchase price minus shipping. If you'd like to exchange an item then you are responsible for shipping.

I do not give refunds for buyer's remorse, sorry. I do NOT accept exchanges and returns after 3 days, end of story. I WILL NOT refund or accept returns for custom items or "gifts".

Feedback will be left once transactions have been completed and resolved. I will leave neutral and negative feedback for non-payers and/or rude customers. Unjustified, malicious or retaliatory feedback is karma and I will do the same to you.
