I love that feeling you get when you see a handwritten envelope on the doormat #notabill

I have spent my life (so far) surrounded by animals. When I've washed the resulting muck off, I enjoy all sorts of arts and crafts. Relephant Cards is my first public attempt at joining the two together.

With the ever growing popularity of going paperless phasing out handwritten traditional post, I decided to start with greetings cards. I don't think you can beat the warm feeling of seeing a hand addressed envelope on the doormat with the paper, bills and junk mail.

This decision, however, has the conservationist in me torn - in going paperless we are saving the trees, this I fully support! So to breach the gap between these two extremes, I use only recycled and sustainably sourced supplies in my products.

We used to be bored by post through our letterboxes and only excited by the chime of "you've got mail" on our computers. Now our junk mail boxes are overflowing and we're excited to see a handwritten envelope as it usually heralds something wonderful - a wedding, a party, a birthday card or a Valentine perhaps - someone has thought of us and taken the time to choose stationery, sit down and write to us.

I hope Relephant Cards helps you revive that warm feeling in someone you care for.

Take the time. Write a card, a letter, a note, a postcard. Make someone smile. Send them happy mail that's not a bill :)

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
If your item is faulty it will be replaced, like for like, upon receipt of either photographic evidence or the faulty item returned.

Please get in touch as soon as you receive your item and discover the fault.
Payment
Cards are printed to order, so payment is made before production starts.

As a customer, you have 14 days to change your mind and return the item for a refund. Cards must be in their original packaging and returned at buyer's expense for a refund.

Customised cards are not refundable unless faulty.
Shipping
Cards are printed, hand finished and packaged to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for production - this does not include delivery time!

1-3 cards are sent by first class post via Royal Mail within the UK.

For delivery elsewhere, cards are send by Royal Mail International Economy - to keep costs for you, the consumer, down. If you wish to have them sent tracked or First Class, please get in touch as this can be arranged at extra cost.

3-6 cards are sent by first class post via Royal Mail within the UK as a large letter, thus the slightly higher postage cost.

Large orders or sets of cards are sent boxed with proof of postage via Royal Mail, as these count as a parcel.
