CANCELLATION OF SALES. We reserve the right to cancel sales with customers who are consistently rude, abusive or overly demanding. Because handmade work is highly personal and because I very much value each and every client, negative communication is just not worth the sale. I hope you understand.
Payment
We do accept money orders and checks. Your order will be shipped the day after your check clears.
Shipping
IMPORTANT: If you have recently moved, please be sure that your Paypal and USPS shipping addresses are complete, current and correct. While we will always do what we can to help your orders reach you, we have to be clear that it's your responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping information BEFORE your item has shipped.
IMPORTANT: Because we are very busy handling orders at Relica, I am often not able to ship orders the next day or even within a few days on occasion. If you need your purchase right away, please write to request an upgrade to Priority Mail before you go to checkout. We will add $3.00 to your order for the upgrade, since we'll substract your complimentary First Class shipping cost from the Priority total...not bad, right? We don't own a car and live about two miles from the closest post office, which further complicates rush orders.
INSURANCE. We recommend that you purchase insurance for orders valued at over $30.00. To buy insurance, write us before checking out to request it. Insurance isn't included with purchase.
INTERNATIONAL MAIL - GLOBAL TRIBE. We ship anywhere that the mail will go.
We may need to check on cost of shipping to your address and arrange a listing for an additional charge.
PACKAGING. Your purchase arrives ready to gift in a robin's egg blue lidded box embellished with a band of high quality paper that we've printed with vintage images. Right now, we're tying with eco-friendly brown twine.
