Returns and exchange details

I will refund your money or exchange the item if you are at all unhappy with your purchase as soon as the item is returned to me in the same or similar protective packaging.

Payment

I except payment through credit cards and PayPal.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped between 1-3 business days once you have placed an order and I have received payment confirmation.

The arrival time of your package depends very much on your countries/ cities postal service

To keep costs down, I ship through the US Postal Service. If you would like your art to have a tracking number please let me know before you place your order so I can make sure I send one to you after I ship your item.

Shipping costs cover, packaging and postage.
I make ever effort to ensure your goodies arrive to you in pristine condition.

Prints and card packs are protected in cello sleeves, sandwiched between 2 reusable corrugated sheets & then securely sealed in bubble envelopes. Individual cards are mailed in a photo mailer.
