Hi, thank you for visiting my Etsy store. I'm Ren, designer, maker and stitcher; designing your dogs and favourite wildlife in stitch from my studio in the UK.
Fabric products are made to order; if you are looking for a different breed I can usually make something for you. Enamel products are available just in the breed listed, but keep your eye out for new additions throughout the year.
Quoted shipping dates are estimates only as actual delivery times are outside of our control once the item has left me.

Frequently asked questions
Can I add a name to the fabric decorations?
Yes. Please purchase the add on listing for personalisation- the stitched name must be short enough to fit in the body space. If the decoration is wearing a jumper I will need to add a little plain patch to sew the name onto.
Do you have different breeds?
Yes!! I make any breed, or pet even. During the busy Holiday seasons all available options will be listed in my shop. I will consider requests for fabric items I haven’t made before or am out of stock for but this does depend on my current work load.
Why doesn't your shop have a Star Seller Badge?
To qualify for this new scheme Etsy sellers are required to provide tracking numbers with all purchases over $10. Tracking is not a standard UK postal service option. To offer tracking would mean removing free shipping and a considerable shipping cost increase on all orders and feels unnecessary when there our UK postal Service is very reliable so I am unable to meet their criteria. I hope my 5 star reviews will reassure you that I always offer 5 star customer service even though I do not have a Star Seller badge.
Can you make a one of a kind enamel keyring or pin badge?
Unfortunately I am unable to make one of a kind enamel products but can offer a new design if a minimum of 20 units can be purchased.
Can I add a name to the wooden decorations
My smaller wooden laser cut decorations can not be personalised at all. They are smaller than the fabric decorations and obviously, as they are made of wood, it is impossible to sew a name onto them ;)
I haven't received a tracking number?
Tracking does not come as standard for UK mail. Tracking services are considerably more expensive than standard shipping costs.
Please purchase the tracked shipping upgrade if you require tracking information.
From mid November I switch to the higher priced tracked mail so the shipping cost you pay will increase during peak season. I only charge what I am charged for shipping including Etsy sellers fees.
