I try to make sure that all of my products are of the highest quality, but as everything is handmade, and because the creative process is just like that, there may be some imperfections in my work. I am open and amiable to replacing anything that does not meet your expectations. If you wish to purchase more of the same item, or something else in the same pattern or in a different color and you don't see it one my site feel free to ask. I am happy to take special orders and to personalize something for you.
Accepted payment methods
Please pay by paypal. It's too complicated to take checks and money orders internationally.
You are welcome to request expedited shipping, but there may be an extra charge for that. Otherwise I send by regular mail which I find to be extremely reliable. Everything is well packaged for safe delivery. I ship within the week.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receipt and the buyer will be responsible for the costs of shipping incurred. Refunds are given only in the event of items damaged during shipment. There are no refunds for items simply because of a change of mind, or you don't like the item in person.
Additional policies and FAQs
Special request items may require a few days and up to two weeks to make and fire. If you have a deadline, please let me know what it is and I will give you a realistic estimate on when I can ship your item.
