With proper care your Renascent Studios jewelry can be worn every day and last for years.

All metals used are water safe & tarnish RESISTANT, however metals can tarnish under certain conditions.

Chemical contact can happen often & daily. Eg. washing your hands w/ soap, washing dishes, doing laundry, putting on body lotion/sunscreen/hand sanitizer, perfume, these are all lifestyle-related factors that can be harmful to your jewelry.

Body chemistry-skin/body pH, sweat, your environment-pollution/humidity, are also factors.

The result is a dark tinge/discolouration on your jewelry or skin. This is usually a surface tarnish that can be cleaned or gently polished off.

~ Avoid moisture & humidity
~ Sweat is acidic, take jewelry off when exercising
~ Remove jewelry when using chemicals, avoid all exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, pools, spas & salt WILL affect metal jewelry.
~ Put jewelry on LAST after lotions/sunscreen, perfumes, etc. have sunk onto the skin. When putting on lotions/hand sanitizers, remove your rings
~ Gemstones are delicate and may be damaged/break with misuse, wear with care
~ Make sure jewelry is TOTALLY dry after washing hands or when wet
~ Sleeping with jewelry can cause damage & unnecessary wear
~ Store jewelry in a sealed bag when not wearing

Follow these instructions and your jewelry will last for a long time.

A gentle polish with a non-abrasive polishing cloth will usually restore the shine back to sterling silver and gold fill pieces

Deeper Cleaning-
• Get a bowl of warm water with a bit of mild dish soap (e.g.Dawn)
• Soak for 5-10 minutes
• Scrub with a ultrasoft toothbrush, be gentle
• Rinse in warm water, be sure all the soap is off
• Dry well afterward then give a polish

You can chemically clean with a jewelry cleaner. Be sure to use one for the type of jewelry you are cleaning (gold cleaner W/ gold jewelry, sterling silver cleaner W/ silver jewelry)
NOTE- Never chemically clean gemstones or pearls, clean using an untreated, dry, soft cloth.

***Be sure your jewelry is TOTALLY DRY before storing.

All jewelry is made of with high quality 925 sterling silver, 14K gold/rose gold filled metals.

All gemstones are 100% genuine and ethically sourced.

14K Gold Filled - Contains 5% solid gold that's permanently bonded with heat and pressure onto a base metal (jeweler's brass or sterling silver) its over 100 times thicker than gold plating.
This thick gold layer helps prevent tarnishing making pieces TARNISH-RESISTANT & water safe, a great alternative to solid gold.

Sterling Silver - Can tarnish this happens naturally due to oxidization. This is easily cleaned or polished off.

All metals used are hypoallergenic, lead, nickel & cadmium free, great for people with skin sensitivities/allergies.

Repairs - Buyer must return item/s to me, with all/most of its parts. Items returned for repair with missing components/parts may incur extra charges, buyers are responsible for any loss in the item/s total value.

In cases of breakage, I will investigate the issue. If breakage is due to a part/component/craftsmanship failure, I will repair or replace the item.

Resizing-I can resize items, multiple resizing may incur extra charges. See listing photos on how to size/measure items before you order.

NOTE- Resizes/Breakages, customers will need to purchase shipping. I will send a link to purchase once your item is fixed & ready to ship back to you.

All bracelets & necklaces are made with flexible, stainless steel, nylon coated professional beading wire, with a test strength of 25lbs.
Unless forcefully pulled on bracelets/necklaces should never break.

If you get your bracelet/necklace caught on something, it might not break right away but the beading wire could be damaged.
This may be noticeable, your bracelet/necklace may feel looser or look kinked.
I recommend getting in touch with me if you have any doubts/concerns.
Making a simple repair at this stage is easier than repairing after your jewelry completely breaks.

If your bracelet/necklace breaks completely, some beads may be lost & charges may apply for it to be fixed.

All orders come packaged in a complimentary cushioned gift box, with a jewelry care card, perfect for gift giving and storage.

If this is a gift, I can wrap the box with tissue paper and a ribbon, please purchase gift wrapping for this option.

All fidget jewelry come with an explanation card and birthstone jewelry come with a crystal description card.

All items are shipped securely in a bubble envelope. Multiple items will arrive within the same box to be eco-friendly.

New EU & U.S. Customs regulations and incoming tariff changes are in effect. Because of these combined changes, I have paused shipping to all international countries, EU countries and the USA until I can confirm a reliable & affordable shipping solution for my customers.
