Thank you for your interest in a hand made creation by Renee Ford. I love what I do & I hope that it shows!
Some items are ready to ship in my shop, however most items are not. Any item that is customized or made to size is started from scratch at the time payment is received.
My goal is to make a piece of jewelry that can be worn & enjoyed again & again. With sturdy construction & attention to detail, my pieces are built to last with proper care. With that being said, jewelry is not indestructible or infallible.
I will gladly evaluate any piece of my jewelry that has been damaged & assess what needs to be done to bring it back to new condition.

Returns and exchanges
I want you to be thrilled with your purchase. I will accept an exchange for something else in my shop or refund the purchase with in 7 days of purchase on all non-custom made or custom sized pieces. The item must be in original condition, showing no signs of wear, & in original packaging. All shipping is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for postage in returning item & the new item being shipped. All customized, personalized jewelry is non-returnable & non-refundable.
I will gladly correct anything that is wrong due to workmanship in design & fabrication. If something isn't quite right in your eyes, please let me know & I will work with you to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Shipping
All of my jewelry/sculpture shipped within the US is sent either Priority First Class Mail insured for full value. I ship international packages with US Priority Mail with insurance where available. US Express Mail, registered mail, Fed Ex are all available for an extra fee. Please choose these options when making your purchase.
Custom orders take time. Please understand I don't always have every material needed to make your piece on hand. I will promptly order your materials once your order is received. Most orders take 7 days to 21 days to create. If you have a specific date in mind, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can evaluate if my time frame works for you.
All custom fees, taxes, brokerage fees, VAT fees or international importing fees are the responsibility of the buyer & may cause delays in shipping. Please be aware of the shipping to country's policies.
