Payment
* Non-custom packages will not be sent until payments have cleared.
* Please contact me if you are having any problems with payment.
* In the event of non-payment or no response to emails, I will be forced to leave negative feedback.
You may cancel an order within 3 hours of purchase by contacting me through Etsy conversations.
Shipping
Please make sure that your Etsy and PayPal shipping addresses match. If they do not match, please contact me within 3 business days or I will ship to the PayPal shipping address.
I ship with USPS and all items come with a tracking number.
For overseas shipping: Customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often but it can happen.
Please contact me before you purchase an item if you would like me to insure it to protect against possible shipping damages. Buyer is responsible for insurance costs. (Usually $2.50-10)
For non-custom works, I ship within 5 days of purchase.
