Please note that once an item is purchased, the time it takes to secure a reputable third party shipper may vary, as will pickup/delivery estimates. Estimated delivery will be between 2-8 weeks depending solely on the carrier.

As a courtesy, Renewed Spirit Home will arrange shipping at no additional charge for specified buyers. This courtesy along with our free shipping guarantee is extended to continental US residents excluding NYC and surrounding metropolitan areas, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Islands, and some remote locations.

The size, weight and distance will determine the method of shipping. Your items may arrive on a pallet, crated, boxed or in some case minor assembly may be required. Pallet or crated items will be delivered to your driveway or garage. White glove or blanket wrap deliveries will be carried to the ground floor. Smaller items will be boxed and delivered via FedEx. All deliveries require an adult present at the time of delivery.

Please note that Renewed Spirit Home is not responsible for any in-transit damage, lost or stolen furniture once it has left our shop. We use third-party shippers who are responsible for the furniture once it has been loaded and left our shop.

We ask that an adult be present for the delivery and carefully inspect the piece while the shipper is still on the premises. Note any damage, with photos and detailed description so that we can begin the claims process.

Renewed Spirit Home does not have any control over delivery and/or pick up dates. Shipping contact is forwarded to buyer once shipping has been secured. Direct contact between buyer and shipper is expected after the furniture has left our shop.

Unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to traffic, detours, weather, accidents, vehicle repairs may factor into delayed deliveries.

We kindly request that you do not leave negative feedback based on shipping experiences. All negative reviews, claims and complaints pertaining to third party shipping companies should be noted and directed to the responsible shipping company.

Do not expose your piece to extreme temperatures or moisture.

Always use coasters, placemats, blotter pads or other buffers to protect the finish.

In the case of a spill, quickly dab or blot completely dry.

To clean, use a slightly damp lint-free cloth.

DO NOT use chemicals of any kind as this will ruin the finish.

Place or pick up items rather than drag or pull items across the surface to avoid scratches or blemishes in the finish.
