Thanks for visiting my shop! Please take some time to carefully read these shop policies before placing an order.

All items listed in this shop are vintage so please be aware that these items come
with those nuances which makes them 'vintage'.

I aim to photograph and describe everything as accurately as possible but if you're unsure of the condition of the item you're interested in please get it touch to discuss.

Returns and exchanges
What is you returns/refund policy?

All sales are final.

However, if for any reason you should find your item was not as described please get in touch within 28 days to discuss the possibility of a return/refund.

If returning an item it must be well packaged and returned in optimum re-saleable condition. You must also obtain a proof of postage certificate from your post office.

If your returned item is not in acceptable condition your refund will be refused.

What happens if I don't receive my item?

Please bear in mind that your order is shipping from the United Kingdom.

If your item(s) doesn't arrive with you within a few weeks it is likely that it is being returned to me for some reason. Returned packages are never prioritised by the post office and can take a very long time (2-3 months) to show up. Please be patient during this period. I will update you when your item is returned. It is extremely unlikely that an item will ever be completely lost.

Unfortunately, upon occasion, items do go missing in the post and I am not responsible for this.

If your item is missing do let me know and I will provide you with all of the information I can for you to make a claim through your local post office. 

If your local postal service is unreliable or you regularly do not receive your mail please consider purchasing additional shipping insurance and tracking when making a purchase. You can drop me a convo for more details on this.
What methods of payment do you accept?

I can accept all electronic payments for UK and international orders through Paypal.
UK residents can pay with a cheque if necessary - please get in touch for details if you need to pay in this way.
How will you send my order and when will I receive it?

Items will be dispatched within 3 working days, usually on a Tuesday and Thursday.

All international orders are sent out via standard airmail which is the most economical option. There is no tracking with this kind of shipping.

If you would prefer your package to be sent at a more economical price please ask about having your order shipped by surface mail.

Packages travelling to europe take between 4-7 working days.

Packages travelling to the rest of the world take between 7-20 working days.

If you are placing a large or expensive (over $50) order it would be advisable to purchase additional insurance and tracking for your package - please get in touch before ordering for advice on bulk purchases.

Within the UK all items will be sent out 2nd class and should arrive within 3 working days. Please get in touch should you require any quicker delivery or insurance.

All delivery times are approximate.

Delivery times may vary depending on the efficiency of your country's postal service, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters and whether your location is urban/rural - so please be patient.

In the event that your item(s) take un unusual amount of time to arrive due to these conditions Restless General Store cannot be held responsible. In this instance you may return an item at your own expense and receive a refund to the cost of the item only.

If for any reason there is likely to be a delay on shipping I will contact you as soon as I can to discuss.

Items cannot be shipped until your payment has cleared, please be aware of this if your order has any time constraints.

What happens if your item gets sent back to us?

There are a range of incidents that may cause a package not to be delivered. In this event the reason for a return will be evaluated and the best course of action discussed before redelivery.

Should your package be returned marked as 'not collected', 'unclaimed' or similar you will be charged a redelivery fee.

Please ensure you carefully read any information left for you by your post office regarding package collection and deal with it promptly.
