FedEx:
- Home Delivery: 1–5 days within the contiguous U.S. or 3–7 days if shipping to residential addresses in Alaska or Hawaii

- Ground: 1-5 days

I do recycle packing materials and while your item(s) will always be packed with care, it might not always be the prettiest.

Thrift stores, Estate Sales, Auctions, and Garage Sales. Sometimes my friends & family give me items they don't have a need for anymore. They know me so well!

I do accept reasonable offers and Etsy now has an "button" you can choose to make the offer you want.

I only reserve items for 24 hours. After that, it goes back into store circulation. If I've accepted an offer from you and relist to reflect your offer, the hold remains the same. 24 hours only.

- All returns must be initiated through Etsy. That way I'm aware and can be expecting it.
- Buyer must contact me within 21 days of the intent to return.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- Once the return is received and inspected to ensure it's in the same condition as when it was sent, a refund will be issued.
- If an item is not in the same condition, we have the right to issue a smaller refund or not at all.
- Only the original purchase price will be refunded. Not including original shipping.

Shipping price can be a deterrent many times for shoppers. On my larger items, I usually offer a flat rate for shipping so as not to scare off those the farthest from me however, than can then scare of those who are closer to me. So, if you are startled by a shipping price, you can reach out and I'll look into it to see if there's anything I can do to lower it. There are no guarantees I'll be able to change the price but, I'll gladly look into for you.

If you would like to purchase an item from me and have it shipped someplace else, I ask that you first change the address within Etsy and then purchase. If you purchase an item before changing your address, the order will be canceled and you can repurchase once it's updated. I will relist the item but know, the item then becomes available again for anyone to purchase.
